Cake flour 150g 高筋麵粉 150克
Instant Yeast 1tsp 快速酵母 1茶匙
Salt 1/4tsp 鹽 1/4茶匙
Sugar 50g 糖 50克
Egg Yolk 1ea. 蛋黃 1個
Water 75g 水 75克
Willy Wonka- #Waffles with Belgian chocolate fondue, strawberries, banana, marshmallow and ice-cream (Thai milk tea, salted egg yolk and mango flavours). Just dip the waffles into chocolate fondue and you will get instant gratification. Immensely satisfying.❤️ @cafe5.pudu

Grind roots cafe mempunyai seni deco interior yang sangat unik dan cantik berkonsepkan warm ambiance cafe ataupun coffeehouse. Kami bole katakan cafe ini cantik sebaris dengan starbucks. Antara yang paling menarik di cafe ini adalah konsep makanannya iaitu fusion antara western dan asian food.
Semua food dan sos adalah homemade bukannya dari instant sos. Bagi kami sekeluarga yang selalu makan disini , Quality Food yang sangat sedap dengan portion makanan yang besar dengan harga yang murah berbanding steakhouse dan restoran yang setarafnya.
Minuman seperti coffee adalah antara yg favourite bagi penggemar coffee, bagi kami dan family suka milkshake specialnya seperti Choco Lolo dan After 8 milkshakes yang sangat sedap dan lain dari lain!
Waktu tengahari Nasi Kukus Ayam Bakar Wong Solo, Nasi Buttermilk Chicken dan Soft Shell Crab Fried Rice antara favourite kami! Menu Western yg menjadi kesukaan adalah Grill Lamb/ Steak/ Grill Chicken dihidangkan dengan homemade sos yang panas! Meatball jugak dikatakan sangat sedap! Harga sangat murah!
Suasana kedai sesuai untuk rilekskan minda dengan family dan kawan2. Ada bahagian luar fresh air dan dalam yg berhawa dingin sesuai utk family yang bawa anak kecik.
Cakes dan desserrt juga ada disini, seperti special choc icecream waffles, hazelnut cheese cake yang menjadi kegilaan customer disini.

你知道燕麥片有分傳統(Rolled Oats)與即食(Instant Oats)兩種嗎?
一開始看許多國外的燕麥食譜，發現食譜中用的燕麥片大多都為"Rolled Oats"，中文為「傳統燕麥片」，但有長期在買燕麥片的人，應該會發現在台灣的賣場或是超市，看到的燕麥片幾乎都是「即食燕麥片」"Instant Oats"。但是我覺得目前大部份的台灣人應該不會主動去看英文，至少我的家人與身邊的朋友都是如此，所以也因此可能就認為燕麥片只有一種而已，也因為這樣，才讓我有動機想要特別打這一篇，讓更多台灣人認識這兩種燕麥片的差別。
