Birthday
A late birthday post for myself. I just realised that my last post was almost a month ago! Ive been so busy working on a couple of exciting projects and filling my days with meetings, appointments and fulfilling tasks (in creating the Womentum tribe) beside the usual mummying, that I hardly had time to sit down and think of social media stuff.. besides Clubhouse of course
At the beginning of the year I felt an enormous shift in myself and this tremendous desire to make a change in almost all of my daily habits. Doing things differently to create the change within myself and being in creation of the results that I desire. Unlearning and learning. Leaving old habits so that new habits can be formed.
I made a mental note to remove myself from situations that could result in me making toxic decisions. At the same time this allowed me to immerse myself in environments that would lead me towards creating successful daily habits. On a daily basis I made the intention to be in contribution to myself and to others, most of all to my society.
Little changes big results. Two companies are on its way to being formed. Akar Pohon Capital where we focus on Impact Investing. And “Womentum”, a two part social impact driven business focusing on empowering the working women community. Funny how these little decisions make big changes
They say 40 is the new 25. At 25 years old I got married, starting a new chapter in my adult life. So here’s to a fabulous new chapter from here onwards! Happy Birthday to mehhh. I’m celebrating all month by the way which means I’ll be accepting birthday makan til 31st March 😄
