Can't believe it is March already!Sometimes i can't be sure if we still have 24hrs in 1 day.

Today, at my yoga class, my instructor, Kimberly, asked us something that stayed in my heart.

"What do you do to love yourself daily?"

Such a simple, but powerful question. Honestly, i have never thought about it. The first answer that came to my mind was Meditation. But then again, I'm guilty of not practising it everyday. Then i realize, i do not consciously do something to remind me to love myself daily!

And so, i decided. 5mins of meditation is better than no meditation at all.

Food for thought: On the first day of March, what are you gonna do daily to love yourself? Please dont say a cup of bubble tea everyday! Haha!

While walking down the red carpet, my heart was actually back in the holding room where i was hiding a little kitty.

Found this little one at B5 carpark of Capitol Theatre. He's the skinniest cat I've ever held. My heart really went out to him. Who knew how long he's been trapped there without food and water.

I found so many fleas while bathing him. He's also got difficulty breathing. And was gobbling down his food when I fed him earlier on.

I'll be bringing him to the vet tomorrow to get him checked and vaccinated. Meanwhile I'll be fostering him until he's ready for adoption. He's really good natured, didn't scratch or bite even though he was in distressed. Please contact Cat Welfare Society if you're interested to keep him forever.
