Home 🏡 for the past 3 days at @guasnabaluhomestay for Rona Sabah: Secawan Kopi Di Kaki Gunung Kinabalu with @mtkinabalucoffee and RTM crew. It was a fun journey and I learned a lot about this local produced coffee ☕, from the picking, processing to the end product. Everything was done manually and has been practiced for over 50 years, such a tedious process but just watching it was satisfactory 😍❤️.

Thank you Guas Nabalu Homestay and @hunther_hunting family for the warm hospitality and the delicious food 😋. Also @jescy10 and crew for such a wonderful time and the opportunity to be apart of the project. I think my occasional awkwardness vanished in an instant 😂🤣

Weather was chilly and it rained everyday. I really miss this place, it was part of the TMBT route and I had fond memories running there for few years.

Be back soon, hopefully 😉 camping anyone? 🏕😍. I'll announce when it will be aired on TV1 📺

Souvenirs from Kg. Kiau, big, fat brown leech. Yesterday's trekking to the coffee farm during rainy season.

The trail is probably less than 3km one way and will take about 2-3 hours depending on your fitness level. Very cooling weather but could be slippery. Best to wear Adidas Kampung or hiking shoes with traction works. Poles are recommended.

You're lucky if you don't get bitten. I, on the other hand was looking forward to it. It has been awhile. I feel healthy 😂😂😂

You can stick tissue to stop the bleeding or just leave it till it dries. I'll be back for camping 🏕 😍

This morning's sunrise time-lapse at the viewpoint, a 15-30 mins trek from Guas Nabalu Homestay. Was there for more than an hour to see the mountain ⛰. Speed up my recording to 3 mins to fit IG. Ahhh I wish I could have 360 this view but forgot my osmo action.
