After living with all sorts of compounded
health issues over the last 20yrs,
(#TrueStory >>> 𝘐𝘎 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘬)
waking up in discomfort became a norm.
Emotional 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯 aside (story for another day),
I reckon it was the 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯, that help build &
strengthen the 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 around my “𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙟𝙤𝙮”.
Over time, my 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 became stronger,
and my source of joy became
less susceptive to negative circumstances.
As my “𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮” 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 grew,
so did I.
Highly recommend having one
(if you don’t already😁).
My list is long, but the start looks like this:
1. Head pain ⬇️
2. Throat pain ⬇️
3. Abdominal pains ⬇️
4. Back pain ⬇️
5. Neck mobility ⬆️
6. Slept for > 4hrs
7. Bowel movements ⬆️
8. No skin flare-ups
9. Woke up in my own home👏🏼
10. Spotify! 💃
Anything beyond this then became a bonus.

Your “𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮” 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 may look
a little different from mine, but point is,
𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲. On your phone, or
on sticky-notes all around home;
whatever works for you.
Generally, in character-building moments,
our emotions have the tendency to
overpower our intelligence.
So having an accessible reminder
can make all the difference.
Remember,
“𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙟𝙤𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.”

Before my last trip to BKK, @number76_hikky
gave me a hair makeover. Layered cut
(so I can leave home without too much fuss)
a fresh coat of ash with subtle highlights.
Typically, you can only tell if your stylist
gave you a good cut/colour after at least 1 week.
What you saw in the last 8 posts was it.
I reckon she nailed it.
