Hi semua, ada announcement sikit hahahah 😅
Before datangnya peminat2 sepahtu kat FB page ni, i was using this FB page as a blog. Ramona suka share pasal skincare (70% rasanya), a lil bit about traveling & cooking juga. But mostly mmg about skincare.
I have a HUGE love for skincare - I love explaining, sharing about what I understand and learned about the latest skincare brand ke, personal experience pakai certain product ke, and even giving tips about skincare / penjagaan muka / body care / hair care etc. I just loveeeeee & enjoy sharing so much especially when it comes to all these beauty stuff.
I honestly love my genuine followers especially yg rajin baca bila Ramona type panjang2, suka tanya byk2 soalan, or even share with me their own experiences, and giving me feedback about a particular product yg Ramona share.
I noticed most of them mcm dah senyap 😞
But i get it, I've been super busy with the entertainment industry lately, especially dari tahun lepas. I used to have much more time masa pregnant & lepas beranak so I tend to create more contents, and have more time utk share apa yg Ramona rasa bila pakai krim ni ke, lotion tu ke heheh.
But I admit, I was sooooo busy. Shooting mcm org gila, I get invited to so so many TV shows, shooting drama siang sampai ke malam, jadi juri utk The Masked Singer balik rumah kena study & buat research lagi and sometimes bila penat sgt from all the shoot, ada hari utk relax kat rumah mmg taknak buat apa lgsg.
Sorry for the long essay, tapi Ramona cuma nak pass a message to my skincare followers yg dulu2 selalu engage dgn Ramona punya postings - I want you to know that I've never forgotten you guys, you've made me so happy bila Ramona share pasal certain products / share pasal skincare routine and you guys bagi feedback, rajin reply etc. I want you to know that you are highly appreciated.
My passion for skincare tak pernah turun, I've always loved learning about it dari time ada skin problem, sampai lah kulit dah ok, dan sampai bila2 lah, and I'll be more than happy to keep on sharing dgn you guys semua.
Untuk geng2 peminat ketawa Ramona, please accept the fact that Ramona tak boleh nak gelak all the time, content pun bukan la nak upload video ketawa je 24 jam. Especially utk FB page ni, Ramona mmg sgt2 focus on skincare / beauty. And tolong lah stop complaining pasal Ramona byk guna Bahasa Inggeris juga. I’ve been doing the same thing dari dulu sampai sekarang, also because ada some of my beauty followers bukannya Melayu saja, ada Indian, Chinese, Punjab (if i’m not mistaken sbb I remember some of their names bukan nama Melayu 😊)
Where are my beauty lovers? Comment below if you're reading this, let me know if you're still here! And... share dgn Ramona nak buat review apa, I'll consider on comments yg paling byk nanti Ramona pertimbangkan ya ❤️ Can’t wait to hear from you guys! Bukan tak appreciate peminat2 yg sukakan gelak ketawa Ramona, Ramona hargai sgt2. Tapi tak boleh la semua content pasal gelak ketawa saja k hehehe.
Be safe everyone! Ada free time nanti Ramona reply 🥰
Love,
Ramona Zamzam.

[Paul Graham and The Lesson to Unlearn]
I started off this morning reading an essay by Y Combinator Founder Paul Graham about how students in schools are being taught the wrong things -- namely, to win at tests, to prove they are competitive.
The link to entrepreneurship? Graham believes that young founders who are just starting out think that the key to becoming a successful founder is to somehow trick people into believing in you.
He points to a series of discussions he typically has when young entrepreneurs come to office hours to talk about raising money or "being noticed".
He says they come up with hare-brained ideas like "launching on a Tuesday" because Tuesday is when you are most likely to get noticed.
Graham wonders why are these founders making things complicated, instead of just working on a great product that people will love.
"Why did founders tie themselves in knots doing the wrong things when the answer was right in front of them? Because that was what they'd been trained to do. Their education had taught them that the way to win was to hack the test. And without even telling them they were being trained to do this. The younger ones, the recent graduates, had never faced a non-artificial test. They thought this was just how the world worked: that the first thing you did, when facing any kind of challenge, was to figure out what the trick was for hacking the test. That's why the conversation would always start with how to raise money, because that read as the test. It came at the end of YC. It had numbers attached to it, and higher numbers seemed to be better. It must be the test."
This makes me think about things like "Growth hacking," which is not a real thing. It's a mnemonic device that some people in Silicon Valley came up with because they know it attracts young people who believe that marketing is something you do to "hack" the attention of people that leads to growth.
These young founders would soon learn if they were marketing employees of any corporate brand with a digital presence, that these "hacks" were already being done, as long ago as 30 years ago.
But why is the allure of the hack so compelling? Back to Graham's point, everyone who is being taught is also being conditioned. The distance between knowledge building and working on real problems that use that knowledge is huge.
Being a founder, in my opinion, is truly about finding a passion for something and then making a solution built out of rules that resonate in other people's hearts in minds. In other words, it's working with other people, communicating with them, and building a solution for them that not only fixes a problem they have, but inspires them to live a better life.
You do that with three skills, I think:
1. Communicating your own thoughts about the problem to a person experiencing a problem
2. Listening to their response with the intention to understand
3. Working hard until you get the real answer
In doing so, there is no hackable way to solve their problem. You have to continually "quest" for the solution, by building and failing, and building and failing. The failing is the key point.
According to Graham, we are taught that the solution to everything is to be perfect at getting the grade, to prove we are smart.
In fact, out in the real world, we are only really learning when we are applying a solution to a problem, seeing it fail, and then asking deeper questions about how to get it right.
For founders, the spirit of learning is in getting it right. That takes a really long time. Before you try to get noticed by investors, by the media, by anyone you need to get noticed by the customer who has a real problem, and has also failed in solving it.
The true test of entrepreneurship is whether or not can you learn in a way that teaches other people, too.

5 days ago when we welcomed our son into this world. This pic prolly doesn’t justify how overjoyed I was cos I was feeling super groggy from the operation + my eyes were swollen cos I had an allergic reaction 😂 Quick recap - All along I was super against the idea of having a csect and planned on doing natural delivery ever since I found out I was pregnant. Mainly because I’m extremely active and couldn’t stand the thought of being bedridden + I was afraid of the complications of it. On the 23rd, during my last check up, my doctor told me my baby was at 3.5kg (Avg newborns range from 2.8kg-3.2kg, so he was pretty big) and if I wanted to proceed with natural delivery she would’ve to induce me. So on the 25th morning, at 38 weeks and 1 day, I checked into @thomsonmedical and was induced at midnight. It was a long and torturous wait ( mentally & physically). The contractions kicked in and started peaking at around 6am when my doctor broke my water bag, but I was only 2cm dilated. I prayed to myself in pain that I would progress as I continued to press on. To my dismay, I was only 3cm dilated after waiting for another 7 hours. At that point, it was time to decide if I wanted to continue waiting (I’ve to be at 10cm to deliver) but all I could think of was how badly I wanted to see baby boy - so I went ahead with an emergency csect. It was a painless procedure and I had 4 awesome doctors in there - one of them even played me songs while two of them were operating me 😂 In less than 30mins, I had my first skin to skin moment with baby K while 「不該」 was playing in the background, with my husband by my side and tears all welled up in my eyes. I was filled with excitement, happiness and I felt in love all over again. After 4 days, we finally brought him back to our home yesterday. I secretly wished my stay was longer because the service at @thomsonmedical was superb and everyone was extremely helpful/supportive. 😂🤭 Alright just want to end this long-winded essay by saying a huge THANK YOU to all of you for your blessings, well wishes and love. BRB back to mom duties 😅
Hint: More updates will be up on my YouTube channel soon 😝😉

u know when you're writing an essay and there's a word u know u keep using but that's what the essay's centered around and there isn't another word to describe it so u just keep repeating it? that's me in this video with "brow"
I know bushy thicc brows aren't for everyone but I personally am a fan! I used to love the thick carved brow look and THAT I admit was a YIKES ? lmao but I still love playing with makeup and different looks ? hope you guys like this brow look too!
also SORRY my forehead looks so oily in all of the clips lol I did the rest of my makeup but I prefer doing my brows on clean skin! If you try this, I'd suggest doing your brows first as well as the brow gel may move your base makeup around
+ im kind of sad it took me 3 days to edit this video and it ended up only being 3 minutes but are any of us surprised.. ?
hope you're all happy and well! i have so many ideas for content (literally just updated my list) so look out for that! is it too early to be thinking of halloween...

Tori Kelly - Dear No One | CHARLES x Kim Chi Sun Cover #whenkimsings
I've been loving this song since 2012, it's great to sing it with someone else too! Hope you like it ;) This was back in March, i just played it again, ignored all the mistakes in harmonizing and posting it here! Why not right =]
I feel like Tori Kelly reads my insta posts or the thoughts in my mind back in 2012, 2013.. I had no hope for romantic love back then! Like, i had nothing to prove, I just knew with myself so clear that I wouldn't meet my 'the one' any soon lool, and i was ok with it, tho everyone was telling me to jump into a relationship with whoever that showed their little interest in me, otherwise i would 'lose my sense'.. Nevermind, that was longgggg timeeee ago haha, will write a long essay on that one day, maybe.

Lyrics:
I like being independent
Not so much of an investment
No one to tell me what to do
I like being by myself
Don't gotta entertain anybody else
No one to answer to.
But sometimes I just want somebody to hold
Someone to give me their jacket when it's cold
Got that young love even when we're old
Yeah, sometimes I want someone to grab my hand
Pick me up, pull me close, be my man
I will love you 'til the end
So if you're out there I swear to be good to you
But I'm done lookin' for my future someone
'Cause when the time is right you'll be here,
But for now, dear No One,
This is your love song
Ooh, oh, oh
I don't really like big crowds
I tend to shut people out
I like my space, yeah
But I'd love to have a soul mate
And God'll give him to me someday
And I know it'll be worth the wait,
Oh
So if you're out there I swear to be good to you
But I'm done lookin', I'm done lookin' for my future someone
'Cause when the time is right you'll be here,
But for now, dear No One
Dear Nobody
This is your love song
Ooh, ooh
Sometimes I just want somebody to hold
Someone to give me their jacket when it's cold
Got that young love even when we're old
Yeah, sometimes I want someone to grab my hand
Pick me up, pull me close, be my man
I will love you 'til the end
So if you're out there I swear to be good to you
But I'm done lookin', I'm done lookin' for my future someone
'Cause when the time is right you'll be here,
But for now, dear No One, dear Nobody
This is your love song
This is your love song
Dear No One, no need to be searchin', no
Dear No One.
Dear No One.
Dear No One, this is your love song
