I have always been the type of person that just pushes through no matter what my body is feeling. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t really know what my body is saying because I’ve never listened. It’s hard for me to let go and not feel guilty. But, I’m realizing more and more that I put too much pressure on myself and that’s what gives me unnecessary stress. It’s time to listen....I’m taking a step back from the live #yoga videos for now but I will be back!!!
