Goa is the smallest state in India with a long history as a portuguese colony. Sounds familiar? Yes! The ingredients, way of cooking & comprehending dishes is heavily influenced by the Portuguese, just like Macanese cuisine! Thus you will find the cocktail list pay tribute to the Macanese culture as well as the authentic Goan curry: Ingredient-driven（Love the succulent prawn of mine!) , rich in favour yet not overpowered by the spiciness. With the citrus taste note and creamy finish(coconut milk). Love their contemporary take on the Indian authenticity, will further explore their menu in my future visits.
