I knew Mel through ONE Championship, where in the capacity as their official photographer, I shot her at the ring girl casting, to her first photoshoot on the rooftop, to flying around Asia for ONE events.
This is one fit and toned body, complete with the boobs and ass, that people will die for. Her secret? Don’t be afraid to eat big, she says, so long as you put in the effort to work out. Couldn’t have said it better!

Mel was active in sports back in Malaysia but due to work, she neglected her fitness and it was only in 2012 when she started jogging. Her friend then introduced her to pole dancing and she enjoys it so much that she is doing it at least three times a week, even performing in pole. Right now, she also goes rock climbing, and trains in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

She said: I'm not afraid to eat a lot and I think you should just eat, as long as it is in moderation and you balance it with exercise. I do eat clean, especially after a big indulgence. But most of the time I eat healthy – healthy and clean doesn’t have to be boring. Just eat real food and throw out the processed food.

I’ve been seeing people do DNA tests over the past few years and had always wanted to try it out myself so you can imagine how happy I was when CircleDNA reached out to me offering me two of their test kits!!
