每年11月的第四個星期四是美國的感恩節，感恩節這天是親朋好友相聚共享傳統美食，對生活中美好事物表達感謝的重要節日。
美國感恩節的經典菜色以北美當地原生食物為主，包括火雞、蔓越莓醬與馬鈴薯泥，AIT也準備了一些有趣的馬鈴薯小常識來跟台灣朋友們分享這項傳統！
