Seaweed floss ball, a taste that we miss a lot after trying it in Shenzhen, China last summer. The saddest part of the story is that we couldn’t find the shop that are selling this in local (or something similar) so we decided to make it ourself 🤣 We’ve tried a few time but the texture and mouthfeel isn’t that easy to handle. Ever since Malaysia announce movement restriction due to pandemic covid-19, it somehow in a positive mindset leads us to have lot of time to study well and tune our recipe that being abandon for awhile 🤪 finally here’s the taste from memory, we revise the recipe a bit here and there to fit our taste bud 🤩 if you’re interested in it we are selling it 8pcs in a box, one person limit to purchase 3 boxes per day. Reason being to make seaweed floss ball it’s kinda time consuming and hard to handle. Secondly, huge consumption doesn’t feel yummy and it’s not advisable to keep more than 3 days.
