唔同既胃口。而係多年屹立不倒既APM,
最有印象就係Foodcourt。其次就係成日行過既
「Table 18」,每逢到夜市都見到間餐廳座無虛席,
真係好誇張。聽聞最近佢地搞緊個「墨西哥菜」既
主題,一於趁機約埋朋友去試試佢。入到餐廳先
發覺原來Table 18佔地咁大,門口先有個長型酒吧枱,
裡面既擺設都好精緻,有石磚牆、書架、吊燈,
顯現出雅緻既時尚品味。裡面仲有個VIP房,
牆身擺設多部電視,好適合一大班人睇波。
我聽Staff講呢到Happy Hour特別抵玩,無論啤酒
定自家製Cocktails都一應俱全,唔怪得咁旺埸啦!👇

📌Baked Fish Fillets - $168
▪ Corn Husks
▪ Cilantro
▪ Green Pea Rice
▫ 先試左第一道主菜用「栗米葉焗魚柳伴芫茜
青豆飯」,佢地用既魚係來自「澳洲盲曹魚柳」。
再配合墨西哥常見既青豆飯,賣相就夠精緻啦,
唔知味道如何呢?大廚將栗米葉包住魚柳黎焗,
令到魚柳既水份依然保持到。入口仲做到肉
質鮮嫩多汁,質感上有少少似Sea Bass,唔錯。

📌Slow-Roasted Carne Asada Beef Steak - $228
▪ Avocado
▪ Tomato Salsa
▫ 墨西菜哥就點少得牛肉呢!呢個「慢燒墨西哥
烤牛肉伴牛油果蕃茄莎莎」,絕對要大讚,
大廚用到US Prime級別既牛扒接近7成熟製成。
切開仲見到裡面相當粉嫩,脂肪分佈好平均,
肉質有咬口,牛味相對都夠濃厚。配埋清新既
牛油果醬可以中和油膩感,仲有一炸薯條比你
連埋莎莎點黎一齊食。

📌Mexican Cactus - $108
▪ Shrimps Salad
▪ Avocado Dressing
▫ 真係咁大個仔第一次試仙人掌,呢個來自
墨西哥既「仙人掌蝦沙律伴牛油果汁」相當有特色,
沙律由腰豆、芝士、粟米經油炸過變得爽脆香口,
再加埋粒粒大蝦真係幾惹味。而仙人掌就仙人掌
用到類似韓國泡菜既製法,主要以鹽、糖、辣椒、
鹹魚仔醃出黎,食落爽脆鹹鮮味好突出,
有少少質感似好爽口既蘆薈咁,食得過!

📌Chimichurri Chicken - $78
👉墨西哥小食不得不提既「青辣椒青醬雞中翼」,
大廚先將雞翼用蒜頭辣椒醃過,再經油炸變得
非常香脆。而重點就係呢個「阿根廷青醬汁」,
將佢本身既惹味感更加帶出,食落表面酥脆無比,
呢個係必點之選!

📌Lime Chicken Quesadilla - $78
👉一定唔可以錯過既當地小食「墨西哥芝士
青檸雞肉餡餅」,裡面既雞絲用左打青檸、
豉油醃製。再將牛油連埋醋炒香洋蔥,
加埋芝士兜返均,落埋牛油果醬將整個餡餅
煎返脆佢。色水睇落金黃香脆,而整個味道
好有層次感,咁多款小食我最鍾意呢個。

👉之前去過德國餐廳試過真係令你好想返尋味,
一於嗌返呢杯白啤。勁易入口,質感係相當Creamy,
同一般飲開既啤酒差幾皮。

▪ Blue Curacao Syrup
▫ 賣相係超靚,拎黎打卡一流,因為有果汁底,
味道就正常甜甜地。最後埋單每人大概HK$300左右,
整體非常抵食,有機會會再黎。

How to Make Taco Salad

- Salsa -
200g Tomatoes, diced into 1cm/0.4" pieces (7.1 oz)
50g Red Onion or new onion, chopped (1.8 oz)
10g Coriander Leaves, also known as cilantro (0.4 oz)
1 Bell Pepper
1-2 Green Chili Peppers
1 Garlic Clove, chopped
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice or lime juice
1/2 tsp Salt
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
Tabasco Sauce to taste
- Taco Meat -
200g Beef Round Slices, or substitute: ground beef and pork mixture or single ground meat (7.1 oz)
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, grated, large-size
1 tbsp Grated Onion
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder Blend
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano Leaves
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Lettuce Leaves, cut into 5mm/0.2" strips
