Can't believe Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts are 50 years old now. The memories of Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa as Penang grand hotels still vivid in the mind.

Suddenly had a urge to go there for a staycation after being confined in Penang for more than a year.

对于上班一族有时最懊恼的就是要和穆斯林同胞一起聚餐，却没有一个适合的地点，来来去去都Hotel Hotel Hotel而已...???

或许很多人都不懂 @Dandy Modern Food，是一家Muslim Friendly的餐厅，而且结合了Mediterranean地中海料理的时尚餐厅；除了可以找到中东美食之外，还有意大利餐比如好好吃的Pasta和 #现点现做现烤的窑烤Pizza~?

#黎巴嫩香料咖啡：味道真的很特别而且浓郁，不是每个人都可以接受，但咖啡爱好者一定要来试试看!!

#窑烤Pizz：不仅我们，我们看到几乎每一桌顾客都一定会Order他们的窑烤Pizza，因为使用特制高温的窑烘烤，而且现点现做现烤，绝对是新鲜热乎乎~

#中东美食：Bayan Lepas一带几乎没有中东料理踪迹，难得这里有非常好料的Kebab/Tikka配阿拉伯米饭，味道挺适合本地人口味的~

地中海料理其实不只是中东料理而已，还包含了法式、Italian、土耳其等料理，是结合非常多种元素的料理，我们都觉得味道都合我们口味，最重要价格定价也比想象中还低~

【全槟城首家Ramen Bar | 连日本人都大叫“Oishii Ne~”】
Zuzudo Ramen Bar 自制Q弹面条 + 15小时熬制浓郁鸡骨拉面，又有令人抓狂的Curry Cheese炸鸡排，再加上Mentai爱好者冲着去的Mentai Rice、Mentai Salmon Aburi Rice、Potato Mentai Cheese还有连豆腐都是满满的Mentai Sauce!! 重点是Basic Ramen RM13起就可以吃饱饱，这是Gurney一带应该有的价格吗!!??

走过Gurney Plaza和G Hotel的Al-fresco户外区域时，发现了这家Zuzudo，从店面装潢完全看不出是一家日本拉面专卖店，因为装潢实在太时髦和时尚，完全是Tokyo Modern Style!! 而且吃了好多好多Ramen，终于找到一家非常棒的Ramen，还是全Penang唯一也是独家的Ramen Bar，可以坐高脚椅在吧台吃Ramen，有Up Up的感觉，也是目前日本最流行的吃Ramen方式啦!!

Zuzudo目前有4种汤头，不要再吃什么Miso Ramen了，他们除了有原味，另外还有黑蒜、札幌汤咖喱还有辛辣汤，这些汤头在槟城都是比较少见的，最重要是汤头熬制15小时，如果汤头卖完你Ngek Ngek要吃的话，明天请早吧~

我以为Ramen Bar只有拉面好料而已，没想到还有一系列以Mentai（明太子）为主打的小吃，尤其Mentai Rice，在日本米饭上面铺着三排的Tamago再铺上超多的Mentai Sauce，仅仅是这么一碗已经令Mentai爱好者满足一整天了啦!! 最离谱的是还有Tofu Mentai、Potato Mentai Cheese等，叫我这个Mentai爱好者一不小心就统统都点了啦!!

Curry Cheese Torikatsu有日式咖喱 + Cheese + 炸鸡排的搭配，这简直是引人犯罪的组合啊!! 减肥的朋友千万别看到这个，因为实在无法招架的啦，而且非常非常好吃，炸鸡排又不会干干，日式咖喱还是浓郁版本的，整份吃起来大大满足感也适合重口味的我们~

想要清淡又清新又清甜的话，不要错过他们的Hokkaido Kobocha Salad，除了加入了非常清新的秘方酱汁，还有加入南瓜丁让整份沙拉充满了清甜口感。当然，他们的《名古屋烤鸡翼》也非常特别和酥脆，淋上特制酱汁让烤鸡翼完全不单调~

对了，看看价钱吧，多数的价位都是在RM20以下，这完全不像是Gurney一带应有的价格，绝对是良心商家，男士们带美眉来绝对不用Order得心惊胆战，两人RM50可以Settle了，哈哈~

I've been to many places in Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur and Penang, but in order to get to Bidong Island, I had to go to Terengganu, which is a city on the eastern coastal area of Malaysia. I loved this place. The Crystal Mosque was definitely more beautiful in person and the Chinatown is worth seeing too. The Turtle Sanctuary only operates during specific times of the year when sea turtles are around and nesting. Be sure to check before you go from the city because it can be quite far and quite disappointing.
