Certainly the most enjoyable sushi Omakase I've had the pleasure to experience but I haven't had many, maybe 5 tops, but at least I recognise talent when I taste it. With joking and laughing aside, Sushi Misaki is serious about serving up Edomae-style sushi, a style that has been around since the Edo Period of Japan, but not without imparting the personal quirks and modern adaptation that make up Misaki's unique appeal. This includes all the beautiful and intricately detailed Japanese tableware (and toys) which also has elements of tradition meets playfulness. What foodies should note, the Omakase start at 4000thb++! A relative steal when you see the houses being put up for auction to dine at some of these exclusive Omakase establishment. @sushi_misaki_nobu is an Omakase for the easy natured diner who still expects no less than excellent.
