It's been a while since I sat down to craft with the girls so today, we had a good 2-hour session doing flower pop up cards for Mother's Day.
Haha yup, I like to make gifts on this special day for my mum and mil to show my appreciation and for the past years, the girls would sit down with me and do one of their own which they will present to me.
This was one of the cards that we did today and the wordings and drawings were totally their own. I love that they would pen their names and say "I love you" not just on my card but on the cards for Popo and Ah Ma too.
P.S. I just mopped the whole house at 12am because we had a gathering with the extended family (thanks to my fil and hubby for preparing the yummy steamboat). Haha, life and chores go on no matter what day it is. Just feeling glad that everyone had a great time and that the big girl managed to relax and have fun with her siblings and cousins before her last two papers next week.
