God Loves to Share His Wisdom

“But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. For let that man not think that he will receive anything from the Lord. We must realize that God is so willing to share His wisdom with us.

Do not be like an invited dinner guest who does not dare to take too much food from the table in case he looks greedy.

Such a guest is perhaps not very close to the dinner host, and that is why he does not understand the host’s heart.

If only you knew how many hours of meticulous hard work was required to prepare the feast—you would know how much he wants you to finish all the food!

Take as much as you want, and whatever you need!

God loves it when you take from Him because your faith honors Him, and when you receive from Him, you are empowered to glorify Him.

““In that day you will ask me no questions. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.” (John‬ ‭16:23-24‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

As a perfect loving Father, He is delighted to see you smile and laugh with joy.

Believe that when you ask God for it, He will generously give it to you, and He will never condemn you for asking.

Water is Coming to you

“He said, “Yahweh says, ‘Make this valley full of trenches.’ For Yahweh says, ‘You will not see wind, neither will you see rain, yet that valley will be filled with water, and you will drink, both you and your livestock and your other animals. This is an easy thing in Yahweh’s sight. He will also deliver the Moabites into your hand. You shall strike every fortified city, and every choice city, and shall fell every good tree, and stop all springs of water, and mar every good piece of land with stones.’” In the morning, about the time of offering the sacrifice, behold, water came by the way of Edom, and the country was filled with water. Now when all the Moabites heard that the kings had come up to fight against them, they gathered themselves together, all who were able to put on armor, young and old, and stood on the border. They rose up early in the morning, and the sun shone on the water, and the Moabites saw the water opposite them as red as blood. They said, “This is blood. The kings are surely destroyed, and they have struck each other. The Israel army coalition had no water to drink for seven days. They were thirsty and asked the prophet Elisha to inquire of the Lord Yahweh.

The Lord’s instruction was to make the valley full of trenches, in preparation to collect the water.

Yet you may wonder where is the water going to come from if there is no wind or rain?

Sometimes, when the Lord asks you to get into position, just do it without trying to reason it out.

He said to make the valley full of trenches, meaning GET READY TO RECEIVE.

How much water do you want to catch? The more trenches you dig, the more water you will store, if not the water will come, but it will just flow away.

The Lord allows you to choose how much you want to act upon His rhema word. If you have faith, you will make the valley of your life full of trenches, ready to receive from Him.

The water came by the way of Edom. It is not your job to know how the water comes. The point is, the water WILL come because the Lord has commanded it.

The water had a double purpose for the Israel coalition. It satiated their thirst, and it also became an important military tactic used by the Lord to defeat Israel’s enemies.

The water that you collect in the coming days will enable you to defeat enemies in your life.

Everyone’s “trenches” are different—you will know what yours is. Whatever the Lord has put into your heart to do, remember that you can choose how much water you will collect, based on how many trenches you make.

Do not waste time questioning, “How will the water come? How is it possible?” The water is coming so it is time to get in position!

1.問：我是刚从医院出来 from covid ward。 我现在在家 quarantine 2weeks. 我是因为oxygen drop to 80, 又发羊癫，又昏迷3天。CT scan report show病毒没去到头脑，但是我到现在脚还是没什么力可以自己lift up. 我应该要怎样？我是可以走点点。

答：我相信你出院后应该没2度发羊癫了。 脚没力是可能身体还虚弱，不够营养。因为你是cat4，康复需要几个月。要快好就要吃多一点。脚没力也有可能是关系到发羊癫的，可是我相信不是。吃饱一定。有力气就可以走快点。如果情况还是没好，请复诊式，让主治医生知道，或通电话到专科clinic问一问医生哦。

2. 問：1st Test Antigen-Positive, 2nd test PCR is Negative. Mysejahtera already become Red confirmed case. Can advise how to rectify status cos 2 more days is 2nd jab

答：要過了十天後，而且沒有任何症狀，才能接種疫苗。繼續隔離、保護自己、保護家人。My sejahtera cancel second jab appointment. 不要擔心，可以 cancel，也可以 再 apply。

3. 問：Dr, 我们怕covid ， 怕到戴两个3 ply surgical mask. Ok 吗？

答：1 3-ply surgical mask, 1 cloth mask 就可以。不可以同时戴着两个surgical mask哦。会造成窒息或者二氧化碳过剩。也会造成晕倒。。

4. 問：如何定義 closed contact?

答：近距離少過1米，交談多過15分鐘 。物理（肌膚）上碰觸。沒戴mask相互交談。密室/冷氣（循環空氣了）超過2小時。

5. 問：免疫系統錯亂症者注射疫苗后腰酸背痛。

答： 如果是疫苗注射14天之後，腰酸背痛跟疫苗應該沒有關係。去看醫生比較穩妥。

6. 問：有關self test kit RTK 測試

答：self test kit RTK 測試 只能在病毒量最高的時候去測試，所以才會顯示陽性。太早檢測，病毒量不是最高的時候去測試，所以才會顯示陰性（假陰性）。也有可能是因爲沒有根據指南做測試，所以也會顯示沒有確診。

PCR 會比較準確，在rtk 檢測到negative 的話，做pcr test, pcr 會顯示確診。rtk 在後期做測試的話，也會呈現negative。最好的是明天就去做PCR test .如果果經濟上允許的話，明天孩子一起去做檢測。如果不能，就媽媽去做檢測。不需要太擔心小孩子確診新冠。孩子會很輕症。 要謹慎自己。

7. 問： 請問確診新冠后，會導致sodium 很低嗎？

答： 確診后sodium 低，可能是因爲確診的時候，胃口不好； 可能是降低血壓的藥物把sodium 減少(藥物是給一般 健康身體 胃口正常的情況吃的)藥物名：HCTZ。解決方法：（少少的鹽分低）確診的時候，吃咸一點。不要擅自自己處理鹽低的問題。如果長期有鹽低的問題，要讓醫生處理。

8. 問： 接受疫苗注射後后，可以捐血嗎？

答： 讓身體恢復，做好抗體 才去接受注射。如果一切無大礙，十四天後可以捐血。

9. 問：Dr Seb, 13岁的孩子，有气喘（几年没发作），长期鼻子敏感（有喷药），皮肤敏感，之后如果安排到打疫苗，需要特别注意或者要找家庭医生写信的吗？

答：沒有敏感/症狀病史的孩子才可以注射疫苗。 如果有狀況，需要看醫生，有信，確認可以注射才能接受疫苗注射。

10. 問：有關抗體, 確診新冠病毒后，抗體有很多種，可是目前沒有數據證明是哪一種。

答：WHO 的數據是説 ，確診之後 90日内有抗體保護，可是每個人的抗體的程度 / 高低不同，如果有症狀的話，還是有確診的可能性

11. 問：新冠病毒的几时会开始傳染?

答：新冠病毒的傳染，是發燒前的一、兩天就傳染了。

12. 問：在醫院隔離，需要戴口罩嗎？

答：一定要。因爲在醫院有其他的醫護人員來照顧病人。確保不會跟其他病人形成交叉感染。

13. 問：痊愈之後，出院應該會3周了。需要注射疫苗嗎？還是生產以後才注射？

答：出院就可以注射。因爲生產的時候也要入院 ，也有風險

14. 問：關於食物處理。打包回來的食物如何處理？會不會那些送食物來的人，導致我們被感染了？

答: 請問家人真的完全沒有出門/ 沒有訪客（自己的孩子/父母/孫子？） 嗎？ 我們沒有證據說是遞送食物的人傳染病毒。如果擔心，把打包回來的食物倒在自己的碗， 然後丟掉所有的子袋。擔心的話，再從第一個碗，再倒入第二個碗。目前爲止沒有證據證明打包回來的食物有傳染性

15. 問：請問水果要怎樣處理？比如榴蓮

答：formid 傳染（當口水掉在表面上，我們占到口水，再碰自己的眼睛 鼻子 。 掉落的口水，但是1-2 分鐘之内，沒有傳染性）的傳染性比較低。如果需要的話，買水果的消毒劑，或者洗乾净后，去皮。

16. 問：请问DR Seb 當我們确趁后，要过了多少天才不会感染到其他人？

答：前提是不再有任何症狀，如果已经过了十天，基本上，stage 1 to 3 stage 都可以不用隔离。（stage 4 = 14天 ; stage 5 要隔离 20天）。雖然传染度很低，不过为了保护自己、自己免疫力还是康复的状况，还是少接触人为妙。

醫生忠告：接受疫苗 90天以内是有保護性，被傳染的機率還是有 (1-2%)。如果這段期間還是有新館肺炎的症狀，還是要做pcr test

醫生忠告：可以出關以後，即使做檢驗，PCR 可以維持陽性 4-6個星期， 病毒尸體需要一些時間 才能完全排出體外

17. 問：老公確診，需要隔離十日到25/8 ，我的第二支疫苗注射appointment 是23/8 ，請問我可以去注射疫苗嗎？

答： 太太是B (close contact)應該要隔離10日之後（遲過25/8）才能接受疫苗注射

18. 問：怎樣取消疫苗注射的預約？

答：在my sejatera 注射疫苗哪裏按 no / cancel， kkm 會給新的預約日期。如果是 cluster A 以及 B，統統都需要隔離至少十天，才可以出門接種疫苗。

19. 問：請問已經有帶著 face shield + double masks 了，但是還是有嗅到確診者的說話氣味 ，已經去做 PCR, 那麼是不是要繼續隔離？

答：Dr. Seb 有說氣味（如香水等）的粒子是比病毒更小，所以我們都嗅得到。確保 3 ply surgical mask + cloth mask (給帶好） + face shield，那就無事。（如果不是很確定，試試看帶了 mask，能否吹得到蠟燭，如果能，就是帶不對。帶不夠穩，還有很多漏洞。）

20. 問：請問發燒到幾度 需要進醫院？

答： 39.5度 如果吃了退燒藥 或者洗澡，1小時后降低的話 就不需要去醫院。如果做完以上 還是40度 就需要去醫院

醫生忠告關於發燒：37.5 -38 攝氏 可能是低溫燒，可能是體溫計 量多了，需要調。找另外一個體溫計量一量

21. 問: 怎樣分CT value?
答：確診10天以後， 不需要看 CT value .

22. 問: 確診新館病毒的後遺症

答：確診第一期第二期 是完全沒有後遺症
第二期的 會比較累，是正常的。睡眠紊亂會有可能。
第三期 的副作用 跟第一第二期相同， 只是時間比較長一點
第四期 副作用可能會需要大概半年恢復。
第五期 可能會需要1-2年 來康復。 是可以完全康復，取決於當時做什麽治療，或許需要physio therapy.

23. 問：第四日，如果發燒，退燒，發燒，退燒，正常嗎？

答： covid 確診 反復發燒退燒到第七日 是正常的。可以繼續吃退燒藥，小孩的退燒藥可以每隔4小時吃

24. 問：如果我吃到確診者煮的食物 我會被傳染嗎？

答：有可能。如果煮的時候有汗、飛沫進入菜餚。 確診者不應該煮食物給其他人。 或者不應該去厨房。 除非全家都確診。 如果一半的人確診，一半的人沒有確診，確診的人不要煮，沒確診的人負責煮

25. 問：星期五接觸確診病人，自己是 group B。星期六去注射疫苗。星期一做了PCR test，negative。現在有一些症狀　請問需要觀察一下才再去做檢測嗎？

答：應該要在第一次test 之後的４８－７２小時做檢查。需要再做一次PCR檢測。(確診與否都不能到處走，從接觸確診朋友那日算起，要隔離10天。如果不知道什麽時候確診/ 接觸有確診的病患，用確診陽性那日算起，隔離10日。

醫生分享：關於疫苗注射
答：如果注射 疫苗，不會被傳染（確診）機率高達70%。如果注射 疫苗 確診，不會傳染給別人機率高達70%。

26. 問：一些不能注射疫苗的，比如重病患者、小孩，怎辦？

答：群體免疫是 80% 的人接受疫苗注射，就會對沒有注射疫苗的人士也形成了保護。
