Most of you already know that I was travelling in Greece for 3 weeks and I had THE best Mediterranean Diet, which has helped me to maintain a healthy weight. I want to share with you my experiences, observations and the foods I ate while in Greece.
There are no restrictions or needing to go crazy about counting calories. You don't need to go on a low carb or low fat diet. You won't feel hungry, deprived or constantly crave for more food. It's a "diet" which you can maintain and enjoy long-term. You'll feel AMAZING and you SHOULD try it!

TIPS to Eat like the Mediterranean People:

7) They do eat bread, rice & pasta!

Fun Facts:
1) This video was filmed with 5 camera - Mainly the Canon 70D and DJI Osmo. Three others include the GoPro Hero4, Iphone 6 and also DJI Phantom 4.
2) The main person who helped me with the camera was my mum! She was with me for the first 10 days of my travels. She had no prior camera experience and used to take rather bad pictures, haha! Sorry mum. But she learned fast and was really enthusiastic to capture good footage.
3) All the "cool" shots you might have noticed in the video are taken by my close friend Adam J. El-Sharawy, who also created and edited this video with me while I was in London. 4) I got help from a lot of different people throughout my travels to help me with the camera, mainly tour guides. I'm so grateful for them and they would even listen to my direction, haha!
