When student say “too difficult, I can’t”, we encourage them
When student progress, we happy for them.
When student achieves their milestones and nails 10 pullups in a row, we go for a pizza night! 😆
In 2020, #COVID may detour us to an unknown path, we might experience job rotation, relocation, relationship change, lifestyle change...etc. An unforeseeable future makes us fear, we can’t change what’s happening but we can adjust our #mindset.
Ideas come from many walks of life, including the people we surround ourselves with.
Ideas are planted like seeds into our minds. Whether or not we nourish that idea comes from amount of water we provide. 🌸
There is no promise of reaching to the top of the mountain, we will sweat, we will want to give up and turn back. But will we? It is ok to take a rest, reset and get going again!
As humans, we nourish each other with the support we give. We connect and grow together. Appreciate the people who walk the journey with us.
Don’t let any circumstance change who you are, stronghold of your values and beliefs.
