建築由美國本土的頂級建築事務所 SOM 與巴黎知名的頂尖設計公司Gilles & Boissie 合作聯袂打造，一進酒店玄關就有近 2,000 個水晶杯裝置的牆面歡迎貴客蒞臨。酒店盡是品牌大膽搶眼的火紅色，襯托每一件璀璨的水晶作品。進入 Harcourt Two-Bedroom Double Suite，內部不但有一間一大床的房間也有一間雙床房，適合一家人來居住。
房間內最大的亮點就是吧台區的水晶杯，晚間給自己盛一杯路易十三，相互敲響慶祝這一份美好。
SPA 水療中心更是 La Mer 打造全球首間品牌水療中心，不過竟然因為太晚預約，全部額滿沒有預約到真的有點可惜。餐廳酒吧更是一絕，由於所有器皿都是以水晶打造，哪怕你點了一杯可樂也都是用水晶杯裝給你，喝起來就是不一樣（一種水晶味？）
這裡的服務也特別好，承襲歐式管理風格，來到這裡如同來到了法國（嗚嗚真的好想去法國喔），網路速度也是我目前在紐約下榻眾多酒店當中最快的，以 Fast.com 來測試，下載有 240 Mbps 上傳有 290 Mbps，有對的起這個價格。
