最近跟一位許久不見的朋友見面！他跟我說現在的我很不一樣！（看起來更年輕、更有自信、整個精神不一樣了）
我跟他說；不斷的經歷一些不愉快的事，受過傷，人總是會變的！只是每個人變的方向不一樣而已。
我個性就不喜歡一直指怪別人，畢竟我也知道自己有很多不足的地方。所以我只能把自己弄得越來越好！
之前也聽了一位朋友跟我說過，無論多愛一個人（情人、朋友、甚至家人）我們得愛自己更多一點也要留自己一點尊嚴！因為聽了他的話，我不斷的把自己的變得越來越好，好到我覺得我現在真的很好！！
對那些傷過我的人，無論是誰，我真心沒什麼埋怨了，反而充滿的感恩。感恩因為這些過去，我成了現在的我🤟

Lately met an old friend. He told me I looked different now. I told him that if someone really through a lot, that person will change somehow.
For me, I prefer to make myself better than keep blaming others. Because i know myself are not perfect too.
An old friend told me that I need to love my self even more and have myself a dignity.
So i sincerely grateful for those who were in my past. Because of them, I am becoming who I am today!
