Are you ready? Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) Selera Kampung Ramadan Buffet Dinner post is finally here!!!🙃

Sorry this took awhile coz my schedule was a bit full, glad I could finally make it for this one. Thank you @siccsabah for having us.
.
Now where to start? With 700 dishes from 30 stations, this is only some of the mains available there.
.
The buka puasa buffet is at Kinabatangan Hall at Level 2 and can fit up to 450 pax daily 😱😱😱. There's so much to love 😍😋🤤 like the lamb with mint sauce, mongolian chicken, nasi lemak, that fish near pasta station, so yummeh, OMG I forgot to try the fish sauce noodle 😭 and the soup stations. I can't fit everything in. There's salad and kerabu stations too.

SICC Selera Kampung assisted ramadan buffet is at RM128nett per adult and RM64 per child (6-12 years old) from 13 Apr to 12 May, 5pm to 9:30pm daily. Advance reservation is highly recommended 👍🏻 Parking is FREE.

RM96nett for Senior Citizens (55 years old and above). Group for minimum 10 pax at RM96nett and RM48nett per child.

FREE Wi-Fi is available.

Cooked these with fresh frozen seafood from @pyseafood the Curry Grouper is cooked by mum, we couldn't find uncut ladyfingers and did have a big enough bowl to fit one whole fish 🐟😂
.
I tried making Hong Kong style crispy garlic prawn 🦐 by referring to @spicenpans recipe. Maybe looked slightly different but OMG taste so yummy 😋 and simple this recipe. The crispy garlic sauce is enough for me to lick the plate. I might wanna make this every other time. Yeah also mum make me limit the prawns to 6 pcs (scared couldn't finish), well guess what? Habisssss, licin!!! 🙃 I love the flower prawn, sweet, thick, like eating lobster 😂😂😂 so satisfying.

Talking about a wide spread Christmas buffet, this is definitely it! Well done @siccsabah first ever buffet spread 😱, don't think I can fit everything in this one post but will try to post every other photo at my Facebook page.

So many choices, I don't even know where to start. Mind you, I spent a full 4 hours there and am not nearly as done yet. Thankfully I managed to fit in that yummeh dim sum at the corner section that I missed earlier 🤭🤭🤭
.
My favorite section would be the asian cuisine plus the salad and loaf section OMG the bread 🤤🤤🤤. The pizza is good too 👍🏻 Chicken and turkey are moist.
.
