令人食指大動的鮮蝦彩虹千張餃&干貝水餃🥟你吃過了嗎？居然可以氣炸！？
還記得去年我曾經拜訪位於宜蘭礁溪的盛和號牛排餐館
當時我被主廚阿成師的好手藝驚豔
甚至還留下了合照😀
現在因為疫情的衝擊

今天小啾鈴體驗的是「大佬餓-干貝水餃」以及「鮮蝦彩虹千張餃」
干貝水餃的外皮是我們熟悉的外皮
內餡包著超大的干貝🤤
一口咬下去真的太奢侈了吧！！
千張餃的烹調方式非常特別
居然可以氣炸！？
不用解凍直接放入氣炸鍋
140度氣炸8分鐘
氣炸完之後表皮的香氣被逼出來！
內餡裡有貨真價實的蝦子
搭配起來一起吃真的太幸福了🥰
