Who is eligible for the economic impact payment? ... Eligible taxpayers who filed tax returns for either 2019 or 2018 will automatically receive an economic impact payment of up to $1,200 for individuals or $2,400 for married couples and up to $500 for each qualifying child.

台灣銀行 外幣票據託收業務簡介
客戶(即申請人)持有國外銀行付款之外幣票據，可委託本行代收，俟票款確定收妥後，再行解付存入申請人開立於本行之存款帳戶。
一、服務對象：
已開立本行新臺幣或外匯存款帳戶且往來至少6個月(含)以上之個人、公司、行號、團體。（申請人須為票據之抬頭人）
二、憑辦文件：請攜帶有效身分證明文件至各營業單位填具「光票託收申請暨約定書」辦理。
（一）個人請持身分證件－包括身分證、長期居留證等，親自辦理。
（二）公司、行號、團體請持主管機關核發之證明文件及原留印鑑辦理。
三、託收手續費：
（一）「手續費─匯費」：每張按照票面金額0.05%折算新台幣計收（最低新台幣200元，最高新台幣800元）。
（二）「郵電費─郵費」：每張新台幣300元（如以國際快遞寄件時按國際快遞價格計收）。
（三） 國外費用：
美國地區付款之美金支票，國外代收銀行每張收取手續費至少美金30元；美國以外地區付款或美金以外之幣別，則依各國外代收銀行之收費標準收取手續費。(國外銀行另收取之費用，依其收費標準逕自票款扣除，如有調整，則依其收費標準而定。)
※倘有退票情形發生，除須支付本行手續費、郵電費外，另須繳納國外代收銀行之退票處理費。
四、託收期間：
託收期間依付款行國家當地法令及作業時間而有所不同，以收到國外實際入帳所需期間為準。
五、不適用託收之票據：
（一）過期（超過六個月以上）
（二）未到期票據
（三）破損或影印之票據
（四）已提示過或先前退過票
（五）各項票據要件不完備
（六）經轉讓之票據
（七）票面金額未達美金50元；美金以外之幣別則依各國外代收銀行之規定
（八）依各國外代收銀行規定為不適用之情形
※為維申請人之權益，避免因票據退回產生額外的費用負擔，本行得視外幣票據之實際狀況，及依各國外代收銀行之規定，保留受理託收與否之權利。
