Tea set最吸引的當然是食物的賣相 😍，以海底世界為題，食物造型都帶有海洋元素🐋，加上食物配合餐廳裝修，以粉色調為主，少女味爆棚🎀，謀殺了不少相機的儲存空間。

Tea set 包有2杯飲品☕️，而三層架中有2款鹹點和6款甜品，食物不只賣相好，就連味道都不錯😋，多款加上貝殼朱古力做裝飾，緊扣海底的主題，甜品又不會過分甜膩。惠顧下午茶更會送上一個特別設計的行李牌一個💖。總括呢一餐，食得開心又影得開心啊！約埋閨蜜，放低一、兩個鐘嘅煩惱，一齊去享受個下午茶，叉好電後再去面對生活嘅壓力啦💪🏻。

升班之後 chef maxime 教左好好 plating 擺碟嘅重要技巧。同一款甜品可以有好多唔同擺法，因為相機要食先㗎嘛 😆❤️

This year, Antoinette @antoinette_sg is launching a dessert yu sheng - a huge golden chocolate egg sitting on a bed of chocolate fish, ingots and coins; 5-spice almond and cashew; mandarin orange butter cakes and meringue kisses; yam and sweet potato chips. Break open with a wooden hammer and you will get a variety of Asian fruits like pineapple, green mango, dragon fruit and pomelo. I was initially quite worried about it being too sweet, but the combination of flavours are very well-balanced, finishing off with drizzle of mandarin orange, plum and gula melaka dressing. Available from 9 Feb and priced at $88++. Such a great creation, @chef_pang! P/S This is my first #instavideo taken using iPhone, hope you guys enjoy it! :)
