What matters more is how mummy feels🥰💪🏻 This mummy is 14 months post partum now..😍 I have worked out every single day since i was pregnant and after pantang.. combining cardio and weight training. What i have lost is Fat rather than weight. And thats what matters most. 😁

Do i diet: No,
I eat rice, bread everything but in small portions. But Less carbo at night je.🍞🥯🥐
Do i eat dessert: Always but small spoonfuls.🍮🧁🍰
Do i spend hours in the gym: No..i spent a max of 1 hour. Its too boring. Some days 20 mins of intense workouts cukup. 💪🏻💦💧🔥 Workout in between work. Infront if TV. When Sofia is napping. At night! 🔥

Lately.. i have witnessed people close to me fall ill, some have even lost loved ones suddenly..you know..many due to poor diet and no exercise...Remember...Without our health- nothing else matters.
