[孕婦媽咪們的順產肯定冥想]

擔心與恐懼會使我們體內的皮質醇(Cortisol)分泌,所以皮質醇也常被稱做「壓力荷爾蒙」。而皮質醇的分泌,會抑制催產素,容易造成產程遲滯。
冥想練習,就是一個能夠幫助媽咪們安定心神、幫助好生的好方法🥰

在疫情的影響下,所有課程都全部停課,最讓我掛心的,就是媽咪學生們了。
生產本來就是容易令人感到緊張的大事,又在這樣嚴峻的外在情況影響下,媽咪們的心情一定多少會受到影響。孕婦瑜珈課停課,沒辦法直接的幫助到即將要生產的媽咪們....
所以錄了這個順產肯定的冥想練習,想要幫助我的寶貝學生們能夠順利的完成生產❤️
既然錄了就來分享給大家🌱
希望所有媽咪們都能更順利的生產。
歡迎大家多分享給在懷孕後期的媽咪們。(或是也可以存起來之後聽)
至少在預產期前一週重複聆聽練習。如果媽咪們有時間,也可以自己錄音,聆聽自己聲音的引導。
透過這樣的冥想練習,讓心變得強大,讓這些想法影響身體、使身體產生正面的變化🌷
