昨天鄰居奶奶又要我過去吃晚餐
我趕快帶好幾袋衛生紙給她還有香皂
（奶奶喜歡蒐集廁所衛生紙可能很有安全感）

然後奶奶要我把桌上的菜全吃完
因為她說她老公卡車爺爺很挑食
（爺爺在旁邊自己吃西瓜說不想吃飯）

我吃了馬鈴薯和燉菜還有奶奶的燉煮蔬菜
和整碗雞腿一共十三根整個肚子快爆破了

我幫小粉絲們問到鄰居奶奶的北歐醃菜食譜了
奶奶很認真的寫下來給我而且她字超美的

我在這邊翻成英文：

Raw cabbage head.
Needs to be sliced into very thin stripes
Add cumin seeds. Not to much
Salt. grainy one. Not to much
Carrot. Plenty of it
-----------------------------
Mix all together in a big bowl or bucket.
Plastic container recommended.

Use something heavy to stomp the mixture together ( needs to be almost glued together)

Cover the stomped mixture with towel.

Place a wooden board or similar thing on top of the towel so it covers inside of the bowl.

Place rock on top of the board ( anything heavy will do. This allows the mixture to be forced together even more)

Keep in warm room for 2- 3 days until there is foam on top.

Remove the board, store, towel and put the mixture into cold place, it should have somewhat sour taste now and plenty of liquid as well.

But part of the mixture into the pot, add some grease. Preferably some butter.
Can add some extra salt and very tiny bit of water. Boil til its soft.
More you heat it up and let it cool down the better it gets.

你要準備高麗菜頭或是生白菜頭然後切成細絲
(一定要切的很細）
加一點孜然籽小茴香或其他香料
（隨便香料都可但奶奶推薦馬芹或孜然子或小茴香）
加一點鹽巴
加一堆細絲紅蘿蔔
（要很細）

把它們混在一個大碗公裡面（塑膠碗最好）
然後用很重的東西把它們壓爆擠爆錘爆
（要讓食材黏著在一起）

然後用毛巾蓋住再用一塊木板放在毛巾上
（木板的大小要在容器裡面 或是其他東西都可以大小但要塞在容器裡面）

再用一塊石頭壓在板子上
或隨便很重的東西都可以

這樣可以讓食材好好的混在一起
然後放在溫暖的房間大概兩三天
直到毛巾上面有泡沫

然後把所有食材都拿出來放到冰箱
這時應該有酸味然後有很多液體
（放到冰箱可以保存很久）

如果你要吃的話
把一點倒入鍋子裡面然後加一點奶油
你可以加一點鹽巴或糖和一點點水
煮到軟軟的就可以吃了

你每次加熱之後冷卻然後再加熱
這個燉菜就會越來越好吃

結果發現那天睡的粗壯女人是個高階警官

爺爺嚇爆趕快說自己家裡有事然後逃跑

Max的那個玩具球球是我買的
他跟巴褲一樣很喜歡玩球

Max超保護奶奶
每次爺爺如果跟奶奶講話大聲

Tip No. 41: You know those quirky little things you do and think? Collect them in a file or on paper. Even if you’re a storyteller, you can use these as details to add depth and distinction to your jokes.

Tip No. 45: Don’t Hoard Jokes
Don’t worry about “burning” material on a special or album. Hoarding jokes may signal to your brain that you’re out of ideas. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” — Maya Angelou.

Gary’s thoughts on Tip No. 45: This attitude has been crucial to an unprecedented streak of creativity over the last two years. I’ve written four hours of material, which is almost as much as I wrote in my first 23 years of comedy. Most important has been my health, this idea may be second.

Tip No. 62: Look for inspiration everywhere. Paintings, music, poetry, rap, novels, nonfiction, short stories, theater, philosophy, etc. can all provide a spark for creativity. Cross-pollinate your work with broad influences and watch your creativity grow.

Tip No. 90: After a Good Set, Brainstorm
You just had a great set. Instead of celebrating, use that hour or so after when the synapses are still firing and your confidence is soaring to voice record or write down the ideas that pop up during that especially fertile creative time.
如果你剛完成一場精采的表演，不用太早慶祝，要在大腦突觸仍在觸發、信心爆發、靈感特別豐腴的創作時間裡，把突然出現的想法錄音或寫下，再多花一個小時左右的時間繼續創作吧。

Gary’s thoughts on Tip No. 90: Huge help in making jokes that work longer and coming up with tangents and inspired ideas.

Tip No. 92: Notice where you do your best thinking. The shower? Running? Listening to music? Not listening to music? Driving? Walking? Make sure to put yourself in the places where you’re doing your best thinking as frequently as possible.

Tip No. 157: Need new joke ideas? Be sensitive. If you’re uncomfortable with that word, use “irritable” (or grow up). A lot of good comedy comes from reaction to injustice or discomfort large and small, which requires being hypersensitive to those feelings.

Tip No. 285: Explore unusual angles in a joke. Example: Examine things from the POV of a child or an Expert. My man Jimmy P and I still laugh over his “Martian response to high school football practice: Why are the hard-heads (players) taking orders from the small soft-heads (coach)?”

Tip No. 310: When it comes to solving the puzzles that are our jokes, draw on every area of knowledge, expertise, and talent. It’s so gratifying to use a fact, a lesson, or a memory from elementary school, high school, or elsewhere to fill in the joke.

Tip No. 311: Some of your best ideas will come to you in the shower. There’s science behind why it happens. Get a shower notepad if you have trouble remembering your ideas. Don’t listen to music. Listen to your thoughts. Ruminate on tonight’s set or a new joke.

由於台灣粉絲眾多，所以有時我的教學會用英文。
為了令大家更易理解，我把內容大意的中英文也寫了出來

First, write down the melody. In this example the tune is in the key of C.
首先，寫下旋律，我這次用的例子是C大調

For most tunes, the first and the last chords are the key chord, which is C major in this case. The one before the end is usually the Dominant chord, which is the fifth chord. In this case that is G Major.
大部分的音樂，開始和結束的和弦都是主和弦，在這個例子就是C和弦，完結前的和弦一般都是屬和弦，在這個例子就是G和弦。

Now we‘ ve already found out three of the chords. Most of the possible melody notes can be played over either the key chord or the dominant chord. That’s really good news. It makes it easier for us.
現在我們已找到三個和弦了。大部分的旋律都可以用主和弦和屬和弦來彈。

The C major chord is made up of the notes Do mi so. and the G Major is so ti re.
主和弦的組成音是1，3，5而屬和弦的組成音是5，7，2。

choose a chord which includes the melody notes which are on the beat.
為每個小節選擇適合的和弦
we normally change the chord only at the beginning of the bar.
我們一般於每個小節的開端才會轉和弦。
now we’ve already got all the chords we need.
現在我們已找到所需的和弦了。

The next step is to plan the bass line. Usually the bass note is the root note of the chord. so when you ‘re playing a C major chord It’s C , when you’re playing a G major it’s G, and so on.
下一步是填上低音，一般來說填上該和弦的低音就對了。例如C和弦就是C低音。

So this is what it sounds like when we put it together.
現在聽一下製成品。
To keep it simple,I’ll only play the melody and the bass.
簡單一點，我只會彈旋律和低音。
when you have a bit more skill on the guitar you can include other chord notes
