Quick lunch at 【Sushi Ishijima 鮨 石島, Tokyo】which is between Tsukiji & Ginza. This Lunch service is well known because dinner Course here is around ¥20,000. But Lunch Nigiri Set is just ¥1,500. You need to line up about 20 mins beforehand and then suddenly everyone all come together! But still better to eat here or other Ginza Sushi Ya lunches than those touristy, over priced Tsukiji sushi shops .. 🤭

Selalunya kalau masak oats porridge ni, I suka guna multipurpose cooker, masuk je semua dalam cooker, set 1-2h congee, lepas tu boleh buat kerja lain. Tapi sebab nak divideokan, I masak guna stove, supaya lebih clear
.
Steel cut oats porridge recipe:
1. Steel cut oats 2 cawan, kalau untuk 2 orang makan 1 cawan pon dah lebih dari cukup*
2. Minced meat/mutton/chicken, boleh gunakan hirisan daging biasa jugak instead of daging kisar*
3. Daun ketumbar yang telah dititik/diketuk*
4. Hirisan halia, bawang putih, bawang rose*
5. Shitake mushroom*
6. Serbuk kurma, serbuk lada putih, serbuk lada hitam, I gunakan serbuk @rempahratusmaksiti *
7. Lada hitam yang dikisar/ditumbuk*
8. Garam*
9. 3-4 cawan air atau lebih* (1 cawan = 350ml)
10. Renehkan semua bahan bertanda ( * )
11. Masukkan 2 cawan frozen chickpeas
12. Masukkan 1 cawan fresh milk
13. Taburkan daun bawang/daun ketumbar
14. Sedia untuk dihidang

Untuk oats,chickpeas dan fresh milk, I gunakan sukatan cawan 160ml
.
Apabila sejuk porridge ni akan jadi bertambah pekat, boleh tambahkan air dan renehkan semula, kemudian boleh makan macam biasa

Steel cut oats ni I beli di Oliver Gourmet, kalau susah nak cari boleh order dari Shopee, sebab tak sumua supermarkets & independence grocer ada jual
