上次和大家提到節食會對身體帶來的傷害,今天要來跟大家一起聊聊,除了節食之外,疫情期間的居家飲食應該要如何調整,減少攝取過多的卡路里呢?
✅餐盤和碗公是你的好幫手
居家防疫,是不是每天都有家人們親手做好的飯菜呢?在享用美味的食物時,往往會在不知不覺中不知道自己吃了多少,透過餐盤夾取一餐的分量,更能夠評估營養有沒有均衡!
✅學習可替換食物
以低熱量的食品取代高熱量,例如芭樂取代芒果或荔枝、魚肉代替豬肉、橄欖油代替沙拉油、無糖無膠優格代替全脂鮮乳。簡單的替換方式,讓居家飲食不再有負擔。這邊有小叮嚀要提醒大家,地瓜、馬鈴薯、玉米都不是蔬菜,而是五穀根莖類,因此地瓜可以代替白米飯,但卻不能代替蔬菜喔!也要記得避免一餐食用到兩份澱粉,而經常誤以為是蔬菜的毛豆、四季豆其實是豆蛋魚肉類喔。
✅沒事多喝水
水分在身體佔有非常重要的元素,這裡要跟大家提醒,沒事真的要多喝水。身體缺水除了會引發冠心症、代謝變差之外,水分攝取過少也會容易感到飢餓。這是因為許多營養素無法被吸收,甚至像肝臟需要水分才能分解肝醣,進而儲存能量,身體缺水就會導致我們想要吃更多東西來補充能量。

✅Plates and bowls are your good helpers

✅Replace the food
Replace high-calorie foods with low-calorie foods, such as guava instead of mango or lychee, fish instead of pork, olive oil instead of cooking oil, and yogurt instead of milk. Here is a note to remind everyone that sweet potatoes, potatoes, and corn are not vegetables, but grains, so sweet potatoes can replace white rice, but they cannot replace vegetables! Also remember to avoid excessive carbohydrates in one meal. Edamame is often mistaken for vegetables, and is actually meats and protein.
✅Drink more water
Water is a very important element in the body. In addition to the lack of water in the body, it will cause Coronary Artery Disease and reduce metabolism of the body, and too little water will make us easily feel hungry. This is because many nutrients cannot be absorbed. Even the liver needs water for glycogenolysis and to store energy. The lack of water in the body will cause us to want to eat more for energy.

Yet another option for Yogurt lovers, originally started in KL, Miss Mi Yogurt extended their business operations to Raja Uda and then finally to Elit Avenue (Bayan Baru); bringing some of their best sellers and signature drinks up north to Penang. Decked out in shades of pink, the entire place feels dreamy and comfortable for a chill out session (over Yogurt drink). The menu is pretty standard (comparing to its competitor) and the price points are of mid-range. We had the Purple Rice Yogurt and Purple Potato Yogurt; we thought the Yogurt was slightly on the sweeter side and the Purple Rice lacked the much-sought after chewiness. The Purple Potato Yogurt was bold in flavour though. A good choice if you dislike the acidity in natural Yogurt.

燕麥腰果藍莓奶
燕麥奶材料:(燕麥奶oat milk)
即食燕麥 50g oat flakes
水 200cc water
材料:
腰果 30g cashews
藍莓 70g blueberry
水 50cc water
作法:
1. 先做燕麥奶,將燕麥泡水,比例1:4
2. 再將泡水的燕麥倒入隨身杯中,依序倒入藍莓、腰果,最後再倒入剩餘的水,鎖上蓋子攪打至均勻即可。
糙米開心果蘋果牛奶
材料:
糙米飯 30g steamed brown rice
開心果 30g pistachio
蘋果 80g apple
牛奶 260cc milk
作法:
1. 將熟糙米、蘋果、開心果倒入隨行杯中,最後倒入牛奶,蓋上刀頭蓋,鎖緊後放上機身攪打均勻即可。
薏仁核桃香蕉豆奶
材料:
熟薏仁 40g steamed job's tears
核桃 20g walnut
香蕉 50g banana
無糖豆漿 290cc soy milk
作法:
1.將熟薏仁、核桃、香蕉倒入玻璃瓶中,再倒入無糖豆漿,蓋上刀頭蓋,鎖緊後放上機身攪打均勻即可。
玉米南瓜子火龍果優格飲
材料:
甜玉米粒 30g canned sweet corn kernel
熟南瓜子 15g roasted pumpkin seeds
火龍果 100g pitaya(dragon fruit )
優酪乳 155cc yogurt drink
作法:
1.將甜玉米粒、熟南瓜子、火龍果倒入玻璃瓶中,再倒入優酪乳,蓋上刀頭蓋,鎖緊後放上機身攪打均勻即可。
