Burrata Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes 1st Pickled in 佐賀 Persimmon vinegar, Fresh Basil & EVOO. Have to say the pickled tomatoes worked a treat, because in HK its hard to get ripened tomatoes so usually they have this weird astringent & raw taste, hence why I think lots of people don't like eating raw tomatoes in HK 🍅🤔 I know it sounds like acidity with sweeter acidity but somehow it bridged the gap, & it wasn't like I could've 'candied' or blanch confit them either to eat with my Burrata 😂😜
