The kids received a rock painting kit for Christmas and as a way to wind down, we decided to do some art therapy. Isaac asked for a penguin rock (surprise surprise) and when it was Ayla’s turn to make her request, she asked for “a pretty rock”. Say no more. Introducing ROCKITA! She even rocks the ‘show me the manager’ hairstyle. Sadly she was not well received. She actually traumatised Ayla a bit too.. hm... She is now banished into the darkness while the other rocks are glorified on the window sill. The idea was we would leave these rocks outside for passbyers to pick up their day.
