One ayah. Just one ayah that puts every form of racist bigot to shame.
Your colour, your race, your lineage can *never* give you honour.
Your colour, your race, your lineage will *never* make you superior.
Your colour, your race, your lineage will *never* make you any better than the rest.
Because now, the *only* filter of nobility becomes the level of your Taqwa.(Consciousness of God)
And the beauty of this "filter" is that it is completely *hidden* from mankind. And so, we are obliged to be the best to every *single* one we meet because we do not know what status they hold or will hold in Allah's eyes.
Imagine the world if everyone just lived this *one* ayah.
"All of mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black, nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action." - Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in His last sermon.
