パリのBeaupassageプロジェクトのメディアdayにて、超一流フレンチシェフの中に日本人1人という貴重な体験をさせて頂きました。
素晴らしいシェフ達の店が集うスペースに、アラビカも出店を招かれて光栄です。
オープンは8月末〜9月初旬。
とりあえずこの写真から今回の旅でかなり日焼けした事は確認できました。

Finally, we can announce this! In August, we will open two % locations in Paris. The first one is at the oldest indoor passage in Paris called Passage des Panoramas, and today was the media day for the second location, a new project called Beaupassage in the 7th district, near Saint-Germain des Pres. This new spot in Paris will become the most Michelin Starred area in whole France with famous chefs like Thierry Marx, Anne-Sophie Pic, Yannick Alleno, and Olivier Bellin. For pastries, there will be Pierre Herme, for cheese, Nicole Barthelemy, and for coffee, out of the blue, they selected us! Life is full of unexpected events, but we will do our best serving the best coffee we can provide every single day.
