It's never too late to start making a difference. Today, about 60% of 1 & 2-room HDB flats and 37% of 3-room HDB flats face food insecurity which is a lack of consistent access to affordable and nutritious food. FFFA provides meals to such families regardless of race or religion.

As of today, we are already halfway through the year but have only reached about 30% of our fundraising target. Head over to www.rte.org.sg to learn more about the meals we deliver and to donate to our cause.

🚶‍♀️💪女孩力量加油！超級興奮的！AIT本周五起舉辦一個超酷的「程式少女特訓營」！這是AIT首次為台灣女高中生舉行的營隊活動，目的在於透過理工科學（STEM）相關領域的課程來培力女力，並發展其領導力。除了精彩的課程設計，AIT也特別邀請到美國「天下無難事」實驗室創辦人與學員透過視訊進行交流，討論如何以創新方法解決現實世界的問題。AIT近來積極推動與台灣青年的交流，並提倡學術自由，我們堅信所有人不分性別都能在專業和教育上享有平等的機會。

🚶‍♀️💪Way to go girl power! Super exciting! AIT is hosting the first Girls Tech Bootcamp at National Dong Hwa University this coming long weekend! The three-day intensive camp is the first of its kind that AIT has offered exclusively to high school female students. The AIT Girls Tech Bootcamp aims to empower high school girls via STEM elements, while providing them opportunities to develop their leadership skills. One of the interesting courses is that we invite the founder of Not Impossible Labs, a nonprofit organization that develops creative solutions to real-world problems, to do a webinar with all the participants. The camp is part of AIT’s ongoing effort to engage youth in Taiwan and to promote academic freedom and the belief that persons of all genders should have equal access to professional and educational opportunities.

“We are delighted to see 60 potential high school girls from different cities of Taiwan participating in this camp. We hope this camp could help them to engage in their local communities and inspire them to pursue STEM education opportunities,” says AIT Cultural Affairs Officer Luke Martin. This video tutorial I am showing you how to build a Dual Grip setup for you Glidecam, FlyCam, Steadycam, S40 and S60 stabilizers. As this will hugely improve the handling as you are going to distribute the weight over both your arms and enable you to film much longer with them.

この実車両は、2007年9月よりアフガニスタンでの地雷除去活動で使用されています。その素晴らしい働きを以前、テレビで見て感動しました。しかもコマツは、タカラトミーからのライセンス料の中から本商品の販売個数に応じてNPO法人「日本地雷処理を支援する会(JMAS)」に寄付し、対人地雷の被害に苦しむ地域の復興支援活動に役立ててるのだそう。。。素晴らしい活動に賛同します。

This real vehicle has been used by the mine-removal activity in Afghanistan since September, 2007. I was impressed to see the wonderful working on the television before. Moreover, Komatsu seems to contribute to incorporated nonprofit organization "Meeting (JMAS) that supports the Japanese land mine processing" according to the sales number of this commodities, and to be using it for the revival support activity in the region in which it suffers from the damage of the antipersonnel land mine from among the license fee from Takara Tommy. ｡｡It agrees to a wonderful activity.
