まぜそば、つけ麺を凌ぐ根強い人気の油そばを食べてみた！東京都杉並区高円寺にある『東京油組総本店高円寺組』にお邪魔しました！実は東京発祥の油そばは90年代から密かに人気が出始めていました。ラーメンに比べてスープがなくヘルシーと言われており「カロリーはラーメンの三分の二、塩分は半分」と女性やダイエットされてる方には嬉しいことづくしなんです！今回伺った『東京油組総本店』は70年以上続いている老舗製麺所が直営しており、現在28店舗を展開するなどかなりの人気があります。メニューはシンプルに油そばと辛味噌油そばのみ。並盛り〜特盛まで値段が一緒という嬉しいサービスも。製麺所直営だけあって麺へのこだわりが半端なくヘルシーで美味しいモチモチの麺がお店の看板です！毎日でも飽きのこない中毒性のある味わいに思わずハマりそうになりました！それでは初めての油そば店、その様子をぜひご覧ください！

We ate a popular oil soba that surpasses mixed soba and tsukemen! In Koenji, Suginami-ku, Tokyo, We visited "Tokyo Abura-gumi Sohonten Koenji Gumi"! In fact, the oil soba originating in Tokyo began to be secretly popular since the 1990s. Compared to ramen, it has no soup and is said to be healthy, and is widely accepted by women and health-conscious people. The "Tokyo Abura-gumi Sohonten" that We visited this time is managed by a long-established noodle factory that has been running for over 70 years, and is currently quite popular with 28 stores. The menu is simply oil soba and spicy miso soba. There is also a nice service where the price is the same from average to Bigger. Healthy and delicious noodles are the signboard of the shop because there is only a direct management of the noodle factory and the commitment to noodles is half-hearted! I'm almost addicted to the addictive flavor that I never get tired of every day! Then, please see the first oil soba shop!

This tart is made from tomatoes, the best seasonal vegetable at this time of the year.
You may not have heard much about making tomato tarts, but when you bake them in an oven, they taste absolutely delicious!
The pie is made from commercially available dough, and just simply place the sliced tomatoes on top and bake.
In France, they often add Dijon mustard, but it is also good to use cheese as well.
Please also add herbs if you have them at home.
It is fine if you do not have Dijon mustard or herbs. All you would need is just tomatoes and pie dough!
It is so easy, all you need to do is to put on the pie dough and bake it in the oven, so please give it a try😉
