【豚こまと大葉の塩ダレつくね】
今日は、豚こま肉と大葉を使って『塩ダレつくね』を作りました！
豚こま肉で作るので、コスパがいいのはもちろんのこと食べ応えも抜群で満足感大！！大葉入りで風味も良く、塩ダレがまたたまりません。

豚こま肉 200g
大葉 10枚
☆片栗粉 大さじ1
☆酒 大さじ1/2
☆塩とブラックペッパー 少々
★みりん 小さじ1
★ごま油 小さじ2

★塩 小さじ1/4〜1/3

Smoke out day for the whole world and were just going chill without the weed. Also cheat day for my hubby because he's been doing really well with his diet. We're balancing cravings and diet at the same time. Pregnancy is progressing fast and I can see that my belly button is disappearing which is quite exciting since I've near had an outie before. Going to take this step by step.

西伊豆のつけ根にある大瀬崎でスノーケリングしてきました。
沼津の港で朝食を食べた後やってきました。

大瀬崎と言えば、言わずと知れた、東の超メジャーダイビングスポットですね。
ですから、海中生物の量や種類が豊富です。
湾になっている内側ですから、波の影響もほとんど無くゆっくり海水浴を楽しむのにも最適です。
もう8月も終わりごろだったので、海水浴客はまばらです。
浜に建ててあった海の家もたたまれちゃってます。
透明度も結構いいはずなんですけど、この日はちょっと濁ってました。
水が緑です。
スノーケリングできるような時期では透明度が期待できないのはしかたないね。
でも、少し潜ったりして魚とかの近くに寄ることができれば、きれいに撮れたりもします。
本州でもこんなきれいな青や赤い魚もいるんですよ～。

We did snorkeling here.
