Padmasana, or full lotus pose, is a particularly difficult pose for most people across different races or cultural backgrounds.
But once done correctly, you automatically sit in a very upright position, which is ideal for meditation. If you lack the hip flexibility and/or experience knee pain, don't force it. You can achieve the same benefits by sitting in any cross-legged manner on a yoga block, bolster or a firmly rolled up mat.
One other way to help ease into padmasana is to sit more on the floor, less in a chair!

如果要蹲到標準,就是整個坐隱形椅
上半身背打直,下半身膝蓋不超過腳尖,力量放在屁股,往後坐的感覺

take a look on Korean most popular music band EXO's new MV "Call Me Baby." In the video, their choreography are full of many squat movements, including facing-front squat, side squat, feet-dance-so-fast squat, hand-gesture squat...etc. With all these poses, they bring squat to a fashion and stylish level. However, their squat doesn't meet the yoga standard, they dance too fast to make 90-degree squat.
If you want to do the standard squat, you will look like sitting on a transparent chair with straight back, knees not over the toes, sit back and empower the strength on your butt.
Believe me, maintain the squat pose for few seconds will drive you crazy.
But if you can keep doing squat for couple mins everyday, you will be the bikini queen/mankini king.
From this example, we can see that yoga impacts not only the daily life but also the kpop.

Utkatasana; Chair Pose is not nearly as comfortable as sitting in your favorite chair. But then again, by hanging out in your comfy chair, you won't get a toner ass and thighs! On a daily basis, I do 2 sets of Utkatasana, 8 seconds per chair position! Check that you are able to see your toes in chair position (sit further back) otherwise you are not doing it correctly! (:
