超級無敵簡單
不用什麼工具
真的是bb都懂得做😆
無牛油, 無牛奶, 無泡打粉...
真的是名付其實的無添加! 😝
雖然沒有牛油香
但有濃濃的抺茶味已足夠
無論是剛出爐, 或者儲存在盒子的隔天
同樣可口~~~~ 😋
Recipe:
Matcha Snow Ball Cookies (no butter no milk version) by Honney
Ingredient:
plain flour............... 40g
sugar .................... 15g
almond meal flour ... 3-4 tsp
matcha powder ...... 3g
oil ......................... 20g
Step:
1. Preheat oven to 170 ºC
2. In a mixing bowl whisk to combine the flour, almond flour, matcha powder and sugar.
3. Add the oil and mix well until it comes together as a dough.
4. From the dough into small balls. Place on a baked pan.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until fully cooked.
6. Let the cookies cool for at least 5-10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Done!

手做的月餅最有溫度,
趁著中秋佳節, 來動手做一做月餅,
自用送禮兩相宜,
祝大家中秋節快樂!
材料:
糯米粉 50g
沾米粉(再來米粉) 30g
澄粉(小麥澱粉) 20g
植物油 30g
糖粉 40g
牛奶 175g
抹茶粉 5g
紅豆沙餡 180g
作法:
1. 將糯米粉、沾米粉(再來米粉)、澄粉(小麥澱粉) 、植物油、糖粉、牛奶、抹茶粉, 放入盆中攪拌均勻。
2. 用濾網用濾網將麵糊過濾在塗了油的鍋子。
3. 熱一鍋水, 水滾之後, 將麵糊拿去蒸25分鐘。
4. 這時候, 可以炒手粉, 用20g的糯米粉, 放入乾鍋子內, 炒至微微黃色即可, 裝入玻璃罐內備用。
5. 蒸熟後, 放涼1~2分鐘, 放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘。
6. 30分鐘後, 將麵糰分成32g一球, 紅豆沙餡18g一球。
7. 將麵糰包入一顆豆沙, 口捏緊, 壓月餅模即可。
每顆麵團32g, 紅豆沙餡 18g, 可以做10顆。

Homemade shrimps dumplings with crystal wrapper. It's easier to make than it looks :)
INGREDIENTS
* Shrimp fillings
100 gram shrimps (peeled)
20 gram pork fat
30 gram jicama (or bamboo shoots, cabbages, onions... if you can't find jicama)
1 tsp corn starch
Salt, sugar, pepper
* Dumpling wrapper
110 gram wheat starch (available in Asian groceries)
30 gram tapioca starch
¼ tsp salt
175 ml freshly boiled water
15 ml/ 1 tbsp oil
* Note: water for the dough needs to be very very hot otherwise it'll fail. The amount of water may vary depending on the starch. If the dough is too wet, you can add more tapioca starch.

節分に合わせ、スノーボールをきな粉で作ってみました。節分豆の形にしてみましたが。。。微妙ですね(^_^;)大豆に見えますでしょうか?ビニール袋で材料を混ぜるだけの簡単レシピなのでぜひ作ってみてください。味はとってもいいですよ。ちょっとサックリ感は減りますが、500wで2分30秒、電子レンジでも作れます。(動画の最後にちょこっと紹介しています。)顔は崩れてしまいましたが。。。(T_T)
*レシピ* 12個分
1.ビニール袋に小麦粉 50g、きな粉 20g、粉砂糖 10gを入れ、
振って混ぜ合わせる。
2.柔らかくした無塩バター 45gも加え、
よく揉んで混ぜる。
3.ひとまとめにしたものを12等分にする。
4.丸め、天板に並べる。
5.170度に予熱したオーブンで10〜15分、様子を見ながら焼く。
6.焼きあがったらそのまま冷ます。
(柔らかいので触らない。)
7.粉砂糖 9g(大さじ1)を入れたビニール袋に完全に冷めた6を入れ、まぶす。
8.できあがり。
*Recipe* for 12 pieces.
1.Put 50g flour, 20g toasted soybean flour , 10g powdered sugar in a plastic bag and mix by shaking.
2.Also add 45g salt-free butter that was soften, and mix and knead well.
3.Divide equally the united dough into 12.
4.Round are arrange them on the top plate.
5.Bake for 15 minutes in the oven preheated at 170 ℃.
6.Cool as it is when baked thoroughly.(Do not touch it because they are soft.)
7.Put the completely cooled (6) in the plastic bag which 15g powdered sugar was put in.
8.Finished.
