夥伴們陸續抵達，提領著XTERRA精心準備的課程物資、手冊及組裝車輛，在簡單的破冰自我介紹後開始午後的訓練，逐一檢查MTB的各項細節，畢竟這可是要跟著自己接下來幾天的訓練重要夥伴！
從柏油路簡單的角錐繞行、撿水壺開始，找回因為長途交通而有些生疏的控車手感，緊接著前往大家期待已久的墾丁國家公園，從河床切入林道，揭開這次的訓練營主菜！
