Brownies Cheese Kukus
Resipi: Mufidah Abdul Hadi Alyunusi
Sukatan menggunakan cawan dan sudu metrik.. 1 cawan metrik = 250 ml cecair
Brownies:
Bahan A:
2 biji telur
1/2 cawan susu cair
1/2 cawan susu pekat manis
100 ml minyak
1/2 cawan gula castor
Bahan-bahan yg diayak bersama:
1/3 cawan serbuk koko (boleh tambah hingga 1/2 cawan jika suka lebih koko)
1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 sudu teh baking powder
1/4 sudu teh baking soda
Satukan bahan-bahan A dan masukkan ke dalam blender. Kisar perlahan-lahan hingga sebati. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang diayak dan kisar lagi hingga sebati. (Kalau tak nak guna blender, guna mixerpun boleh). Masukkan ke dalam loyang 7 atau 8 inci yang digriskan dahulu dan dialas dengan kertas minyak dan kukus lebih kurang 25-35 minit hingga masak. (Simpan sedikit sahaja adunan ini untuk membuat corak atas lapisan keju nanti). Bila brownies dah masak, baru tuangkan adunan keju di atasnya.
Lapisan Keju:
500g cream cheese
4 biji telur grade B
140g gula halus
Sedikit esen vanilla
Pukul cream cheese hingga gebu. Masukkan gula dan pukul hingga sebati. Masukkan pula telur dan vanilla. Pukul lagi hingga rata. Tuang ke atas brownies yang dah siap dikukus. Ambil sedikit adunan brownies dan titiskan ke atas adunan keju. Lorekkan dengan hujung pisau atau lidi. Kukus semula lebih kurang 20 minit dengan api sederhana hingga masak. Sejukkan sebelum dipotong dan dihidangkan.
Nota: Kek ni boleh juga dibakar secara steam bath.

Recipe: Cookies and Cream Molten Chocolate Pineapple Bun

要發明啲新食譜真係好好玩今次就真係整咗啲又好味有Original 嘅菠蘿包. 包你煮俾自己食就拍手掌🤩.
菠蘿包脆皮材料Crust:
含鹽奶油120g salted butter, room temperature
蛋黃2 egg yolks
糖150g sugar
麵粉120g flour
OREO 80g oreo cookies, processed
吉士粉5 tbsp custard powder
泡打粉1/2 tsp baking powder
水1 tsp water
蛋白2 egg whites, beaten for brushing
Molten Chocolate Cake for the centre
115g 黑朱古力Dark Chocolate (or any chocolate you like)
45g 牛油 Butter
¼ cup (25g) 糖粉 Icing sugar
2 tablespoons (15g) 朱古力粉 Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 雞蛋 eggs
For greasing the ramekins:
2 teaspoons 牛油 butter for greasing the ramekins
2 teaspoons 砂糖 caster sugar
Dough Ingredients:
Part 1 - Roux:
麵粉3 tbsp flour, 24g
奶1/4 cup milk, 60 ml
水1/4 cup water, 60 ml
Part 2 - 麵團材料Dough
麵粉2 1/2 cups flour, 325g
糖1/8-1/4 cup sugar, 25g-50g (depends how sweet you like your bread)
酵母2 tsp instant yeast, 7g (Christian 提供)
鹽1/2 tsp salt, 3g
雞蛋1 egg
奶1/2 cup room temp milk, 120 ml
牛油4 tbsp softened butter, diced, 56g
麵粉1/4 cup extra flour
Instructions:
Make the molten chocolate cake filling: In a bowl, melt the chocolate and butter (in the microwave, or gently in a pan or in a bowl over steam) cool slightly and then add the eggs and sifted icing sugar and cocoa powder.
Grease the ramekins and coat the inside with butter caster sugar.
Fill the ramekins to ½ full then wrap with cling film or aluminium foil. Bake in a 200C preheated oven for 8 minutes. Cool down and place in the freezer overnight.
For the dough, cook part 1 and mix well and set aside to cool.
Then make part 2, by mixing all the wet ingredients with the yeast, then mixing in the dry ingredients. Then mix in Part 1.
Knead and allow to rise for 1 hour.
Form into balls and place the chocolate in the centre and then allow to rise on a greased oven tray.
Make the crust by mixing all the ingredients together, form into a tube and wrap with cling film.
Then place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut and the roll and then place on the dough balls, then brush with egg whites.
Preheat the oven at 180C
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Serve hot!

115g 黑朱古力Dark Chocolate (or any chocolate you like)

Serve hot with your favourite ice cream!

今が美味しい!新じゃがを使ったレシピをご紹介します!
新じゃがは水分が多くてホクホクとした食感があり、皮が薄く一般的なじゃがいもに比べて、少し小さくて食べやすいサイズなどの特徴があります♪
今回は新じゃがの特徴を活かして、皮を剥かずに丸々使いました!
サワークリームの濃厚さと、チリソースのピリっとした辛さがホクホクの新じゃがによく合います♡
とっても美味しいので、ぜひ作ってみてくださいね♪
新じゃがのグリル
2人分
材料:
新じゃが(小さいもの)1袋(6〜8個)
にんにく 2片
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
塩 適量
コショウ 適量
サワークリーム 大さじ2
スイートチリソース 大さじ2
万能ねぎ 2本
作り方:
1.新じゃがは皮ごと調理する。たわしでこすり汚れを落としきれいに洗う。
(大小が揃っている方がいいので大きいのがあったら半分に切る)
2.(1)を15分ほど中火で蒸して、串がスッと通るまで火を通す。
3.フライパンに皮を剥いてつぶしたにんにくとオリーブオイルを入れ弱火で熱し、香りがたったら2のじゃがいもを入れじっくりとこんがりカリッと揚げ焼く。
4.多めの塩をふって器に盛ったらサワークリームとスイートチリソースをかけて、コショウと小口切りにした万能ねぎをちらして完成!
Sweet Chilli Steamed Potatoes
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 bag (6-8 pieces) New potatoes (small)
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Sour cream
Sweet chili sauce to taste
2 Green onions
PREPARATION
1. Wash the new potatoes and leave the skins on.
2. Steam the potatoes on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until tender enough to poke with a skewer without resistance.
3. Cook the peeled and crushed garlic on the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Once the garlic becomes aromatic, add the steamed potatoes and cook them slowly until the skins are crispy.
4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, top with sour cream and sweet chili sauce, and finish with pepper and chopped green onions.
5. Enjoy!

マッシュポテトのレシピをご紹介します!
生クリームとバターが入ったちょっとリッチなマッシュポテトは、一度食べたらハマること間違いなし♡
少ない材料でできるのでお手軽です!

マッシュポテト
2人分
材料:
じゃがいも 400g
水 600ml
バター 30g
牛乳 50ml
生クリーム 50ml
塩 適量
白コショウ 適量
作り方:
1.じゃがいもは皮をむいて4等分に切って鍋に入れ、水と塩小さじ1を入れて中火にかける。沸いてきたら弱火にして10~15分茹でる。
2.竹串がスーッと通ったら茹で汁を捨て、再び強火にかけて水分を飛ばす。
3.火を止めて熱いうちに潰し、バター、牛乳、生クリーム、白コショウを加えてゴムベラで混ぜて完成!
Mashed Potatoes
Servings:2
INGREDIENTS
400g potatoes
600ml water
30g butter
50ml milk
50ml heavy cream
Some salt
Some white pepper
PREPARATION
1.Peel potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. Put potatoes, water, and 1 teaspoon of
salt in a pot, bring to a boil. When boiled, turn the heat to low and cook 10 to 15
minutes.
2.Use a toothpick, it is ready if it is easy to pierce the potato. Drain the water. Heat
the pot over high heat to release some steam and moisture from the potatoes.
3. Turn off the heat. Add butter, milk, heavy cream, and white pepper while hot. Mix
with a rubber spatula.
4. Enjoy!

在日本買了罐子超可愛的Steam cream
日本買比台灣便宜很多,
大罐的台幣400多 小罐200多
買了迪士尼系列
開盒,圓滾滾外型好可愛
質地乳霜狀很好推
可以抹臉抹全身,還可以抹頭髮(驚!)
神奇的點是我是混合性皮膚,外加酒槽肌
兩頰常常紅腫脫皮,抹什麼都沒用
但這次去日本超乾氣候,
抹了蒸氣乳霜皮膚都沒再脫皮過
變很Q彈XDD
掃了五罐回來,每次用都很捨不得
超好用,希望能用久一點
跟我一樣酒槽或常脫皮的可以考慮蒸氣乳霜
可愛又好用!
