The first few bites from a brewtiful dinner at @vea_hk where @chefvickycheng created a special menu in collaboration with @nespresso.hk highlighting coffee as a key ingredient. Chef Vicky also used vegetables such as aubergines and bitter melon that were grown on the Nespresso Farm in Hong Kong using recycled Nespresso coffee grounds as a fertiliser.
The roasted eggplant mousse cannoli pictured above was one of the dishes made with the aubergine from the farm along with coffee.

It's been definitely like a year since I've been away from Canada, and it's like a little U-Pick anniversary since our last year's strawberry picking,. So this year, we decided to go to Langley's Driediger Farm for a short fieldtrip to pick some fresh blueberries.

ở nông trại bây giờ dâu tây chín rất nhiều, ngoài ra còn có trái mâm xôi. Mọi người rất thích hái trái Blackberry nên rất đông, họ xếp hàng mấy trăm mét để tính tiền.
Quá nhiều người về nông thôn để hái trái cây.
Nông Thôn ở miền Bắc California rất yên bình và trồng rất nhiều rau cải và cây ăn trái có nhiều farm để cho mọi người vô hái trái cây.
