GULA PERANG vs GULA PUTIH
Dalam group coaching sy pagi ni kami diskas lg ttng kalori baik vs kalori buruk kan.. Mmg benar beras perang lebih baik dari beras putih biasa dek kerana kandungan serat nya. Tp bagaimana pula dgn Gula Putih vs Gula Perang? Ada beza kah?? 🤔
Coach Anuar nak share lagi gula adalah salah satu faktor kegemukan kerana 1 gram gula memberi anda 4 kalori tanpa khasiat yang lain. Pengambilan gula atau kalori berlebihan yang tidak digunakan oleh tubuh akan bertukar menjadi lemak.
24 sudu teh gula akan menyebabkan keberkesanan sel darah putih menurun sebanyak 92% dan ini memakan masa sebanyak 5 jam. Proses penuaan menjadi lebih cepat menerusi pemecahan oksigen akibat pengambilan gula.
Tak ada beza pun. Maknanya, gula putih dan gula perang mempunyai kalori yang sama. Kerana kedua2nya tiada kandungan serat.
Jom baca panduan pengambilan pemanis:
1. Gula putih dan perang : kalori adalah 1g = 4kcal. Gula putih melalui proses penghasilan yang berbeza iaitu bleaching. Tetapi, kedua-duanya adalah jenis gula ringkas.
2. Stevia : kalori rendah atau boleh dikatakan tidak berkalori dan bersifat neutral. Pengganti pemanis yang baik.
3. Madu : kalori adalah 1g = 3kcal. Sangat bagus untuk diamalkan kerana mengandungi kandungan yang merangsang pertahanan badan.
4. Equal/Palsweet : tidak berkalori. Tetapi, membebankan buah pinggang untuk menapis serta membuang artificial sweetness daripada badan. Pemanis tiruan yang paling tidak bagus walaupun ia tidak menggemukkan.
5. Alcohol sugar : terdapat dalam chewing gum, candy dan mints yang kononnya bersifat 'sugar free'. Ada banyak jenis alcohol sugar yang berkalori 2.5kcal untuk 1g. Tidak mengandungi alkohol. Ia diberi nama alcohol sugar kerana struktur kimianya yang menyerupai alkohol.

最近天氣變得好熱喔~空氣中已經可以聞到夏天的氣息了!
剛訂下去八月去夏威夷的飯店,好期待第一次帶小金魚出去玩喔!
不知道那時候疫情會變怎樣,但我已經準備好很多酒精棉片,面罩、口罩、還要買拋棄式飛機椅套,絕對準備萬全再出發☺️

還沒有打疫苗的快去打
順便分享我打疫苗的經驗
因為我是醫護人員,所以在一月的時候就打了,我是打Moderna
第一劑打完沒感覺,只有手臂酸
第二劑反應就蠻大的,早上九點打完,晚上六點開始全身肌肉痠痛、頭痛,就像是重感冒,只是沒有流鼻水、咳嗽,隔天早上上班超級痛苦,因為全身都很痛,回家後昏睡整個下午(還好隔天的手術只有半天超慶幸)
晚上也沒辦法顧小孩,不過還是繼續餵母奶
一直到第三天的早上九點所有的副作用就poof消失了💨
據說小孩喝母奶有抗體,雖然我打完很不舒服,小孩一點事都沒有喔!精神體力都很好
Gary也是打Moderna,但他完全沒事,兩劑都沒事
聽到朋友們的經驗是,打Pfizer幾乎都沒事
打Moderna就一半一半,一半像Gary完全ok,另一半就像我,打完倒地陣亡36小時🤣
其實打完疫苗還是要繼續戴口罩洗手啦!
我們在醫院接觸病人的時候還是都帶N95和面罩

00:16 Tart dough
50g Coconut oil
30g Powdered sugar
20g Almond flour
105g Flour
35g Water
-Mold 16cm x 2.5cm
-Leave the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
-Put it in a mold and let it cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours before baking.
-conventional 200℃ 15min.
4:19 Blue coconut filling
2 tbsp Cornstarch *10g
1/2 tsp Agar *2g
25g Sugar
250g Coconut milk
1/8 tsp Blue spirulina powder
-Mold 14cm
7:38 Blueberry filling
50g Coconut oil
50g Almond flour
10g Flour
60g Blueberry jam (60% fruit)
60g Blueberries
-conventional 200℃ 25min.
Decoration
Blueberry jam (60% fruit)
Blueberries
Herbs and so on
