24. There’s a choice that we have to make as people, as individuals. If you want to be great at something, there’s a choice you have to make. We all can be masters at our craft, but you have to make a choice. What I mean by that is, there are inherent sacrifices that come along with that. Family time, hanging out with friends, being a great friend, being a great son, nephew, whatever the case may be. There are sacrifices that come along with making that decision.

很多人一再問胎壓的測量方法!
切記,一定要熱胎壓測量才準確,但是可以冷胎壓(早上出門時)量一次,然後到了公司上班下車時再量一次熱胎壓。譬如冷車時胎壓是30psi or 220kPa,到了公司停車後測量是34psi or 240kPa,那麼34psi or 240kPa就是你的熱胎壓。
如果你每天開車的路段差不多,那這個標準值就可以參考了,但是假設有一天你發現,有一輪的熱胎壓常常超過其他三輪,很大的原因就是定位跑掉了!尤其是toe in與out的差異太大,此時就需要四輪定位。
測量胎壓可以了解愛車輪胎狀況,甚至牽扯到底盤定位,冬天與夏天的胎壓當然也不一樣,如果夏天冷胎壓32,熱胎壓飆到38甚至更高,那不妨把冷車時的胎壓降低試看看,譬如降到30psi。
每個人每天開車的環境不同,不見得每一輛相同的車款相同的輪胎相同的載重,胎壓都要一樣,要看你開車的路況,假設你住在桃園,每天去台北上班,高速公路因為車速較快,胎壓遇熱之後的壓力也較大,可能冷胎壓30psi到了公司已經38psi!那建議你把冷胎壓降低到28psi即可,這樣你下次到了公司量熱胎壓力時,應該就是正常的36or35psi。
因為行駛在高速公路上的那一段路,才是胎壓是否正常的關鍵,而不是停車場出來的冷胎壓!
