好啦,而家俾大家睇吓今晚我食咗乜嘢
今日講咗係「間斷識斷食」第二天
每日只有一個鐘頭可以食嘢
今朝我5:30am就起咗身
開咗電話會
然後去咗另一部戲試鏡
再去咗上三個鐘頭爵士舞堂
再加多三個鐘做健身
做到幾乎手腳都郁唔到為止
終於夜晚9至10pm
有得食我今日嘅第一餐亦都係最後一餐
為咗避免食碳水化合物同埋糖分
我哋揀咗蟹肉牛油果沙律
同埋吞拿魚他他
第二張相會見到有個好大嘅甜品
當然我係絕對唔建議食嘅
雖然有時食高糖分會令個人開心啲
但係為咗保持工作上嘅專業
係需要保持一定既狀態
所以佢自己一個食晒佢哈哈
好似好耐都冇寫過咁長嘅IG
我已經係床上面啦,晚安❤️
So today is my super intermittent fasting day 2
I woke up at 5:30am in the morning
Had some phone call meetings
And went for casting
Then off to the Jazz dancing class for 3 hours
And gym by torturing my muscles
For another 3 hours
Been drinking a lot of water
Finally I had dinner at 9 to 10pm
That’s my 1 hour eating window each day
So it’s an Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills
It’s a gorgeous restaurant
Normally they have pasta, pizza, steak etc
We had crab avocado green salad
And tuna tartar which is super healthy&yummy
On the second pic you will see a huge dessert
Which I’d highly recommended not to order
But someone insists it
So he had it all by himself haha
Though I know sweet can make us happy
Because processed sugar increases
Endorphins that can boost mood
And provide a temporary chemical high
But to remain professional at work
I have to always keep myself in shape
I gotta sleep haha had a long day

I also recommd their 💚“Steveston”, its clams, prawns with garlic cream, crispy potato, mozza and bacon on their fresh made FLATBREAD. (like a pizza) ($16).🦐🦐
Something a little more special is the 💙“Gnocchetti”, is small gnocchi pasta with prawn, cauliflower, roasted tomato, and cream! The soul of this dish is THE SAUCE !! for sure to try this as well! ($13)

之前有朋友介紹過,呢間新開既garden restaurant & bar,食物飲品質素高之餘,環境都幾有氣氛,今日黎開尖沙咀,就順便試下啦💁🏼♀️

先講前菜,兩款沙律都係心機之作🥗garden salad加入色彩豐富既材料,全部食落都好新鮮。個人黎講,更喜歡吞拿魚牛油果沙律🥑,吞拿魚好fresh,配埋牛油果食,靚之餘都好開胃~

至於兩款mains雖然都係經典款式,但係真係好有驚喜!carbonara整得好出色,個汁既consistency剛好,食落入味之餘又唔會好膩,意粉韌度都恰到好處🍝
而fish and chips好香,炸魚既炸漿唔會太多,食落薄薄一層脆皮,外脆內軟,而魚本身都好入味🐟,唔使點醬食都好好食!

飲品方面都好有驚喜🍸 我地點左兩款招牌之作: 茶霧同園吻,兩款既配搭都好特別好有創意。小編好中意茶霧嘅presentation🌫 (see ig story ge video),上桌時開蓋散出既煙霧,充份體現到旅人們係樹蔭的迷霧下飲茶既意境,煙燻同茶的味道相映成趣💨~ 味道方面似菊花茶既fusion,飲落都好fresh🌻

餐廳位置都幾方便到達,但又唔會感覺鬧市既繁囂,環境同音樂都令人感到放鬆舒適,服務都好好,幾適合坐低飲杯野食下野傾下計,逃離一下急促既生活節奏~

For this episode, we demolished a 5KG Christmas Feast in the comfort of my home, courtesy of Cheers! Cheers generously sent a whole host of food straight to my doorstep, a Season’s Miracle Set ($200 net) and a Traditional Roasted Whole Turkey with Truffle Chestnut Stuffing ($83 net). The set serves 4-6 people comfortably while the turkey easily weighed close to 4KG.
Each dish came neatly packed in clear containers and the turkey was foil-wrapped to retain heat and moisture. Conveniently, the sauces (most of the dishes come with one) were packed separately and utensils were provided. It even came with a mixing bowl for the salad and tongs for tossing.
Flavour-wise, all the components were very good, but the standout dishes would be the Christmas Cobb Salad and Roasted Whole Turkey. The salad contained a delicious assortment of protein and greens, including smoked duck and tuna, elevated by the richness and creaminess of the added avocado and the Thousand Island dressing.
The turkey was huge, moist and tender. When I pulled the pieces apart, they dripped with turkey juices that made a luxurious mess on the pan. The bed of vegetables that the turkey came with soaked up all these juices that made them a splendid treat in between the turkey. The stuffing was so meaty and savoury that I initially thought it was sausage, but it was actually a truffle chestnut stuffing.
The Season’s Miracle Set comes with:
1. Christmas Cobb Salad comprising of Turkey Ham, Smoked Duck, Tuna Flakes, Hard-boiled Eggs, Avocado, Sweet Corn, Mixed Nuts, Tangy Thousand Island Aioli
2. Pasta Puttanesca with Olives, Capers, Anchovies and Tomato
3. Truffle Potato Gratin with Herbs and Parmigiano Reggiano
4. Market Seafood Boil with Louisiana Cajun Sauce
5. Roasted Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Aromatics served with Roasted Vegetables and Citrus Dill Butter Sauce
6. Breaded Chicken Roulade, Roasted Shallots with Herbs and Raisin Jus
7. Char-grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Kebab with Dukkah Spice
8. A Festive Dessert Platter containing Assorted French Pastries with Chocolate Eclairs and Berries
9. Choice of Coca-Cola, Iced Lemon Tea or Jasmine Green Tea

材料(8本分)
・玉ねぎ 1/2個
・にんじん 1/2本
・じゃがいも 2個
・ピーマン 1個
・豚ひき肉 150g
・サラダ油 大さじ1
★ケチャップ 大さじ2
★ウスターソース 大さじ2
★カレー粉 大さじ2
★塩 少々
・春巻の皮 8枚
・サラダ油 適量
水溶き薄力粉
・水 大さじ1
・薄力粉 大さじ1
手順
1. 玉ねぎ、にんじん、ピーマンはみじん切りにする、じゃがいもは小さめの一口大に切る
2. フライパンにサラダ油を入れて熱し、玉ねぎ、にんじん、じゃがいも、豚ひき肉を加え 豚ひき肉の色が変わるまで炒める
3. ピーマン、★を加え水分がなくなるまで炒めて冷ます
4. 春巻きの皮に3をのせて巻き、巻き終わりを水溶き薄力粉でとめる
5. 180℃の油できつね色になるまで揚げる

This is a sample of a Full Meal Plan to help you Lose Weight and achieve your goals. They are made of simple ingredients, quick and very easily put together. The foundation of this meal plan has:
• 3 ounces of lean protein
• 1 complex carb
• Unlimited vegetables
• 1 healthy fat
Each meal should be about 350 calories (or fewer)
Example of Protein you can use: Chicken, Turkey, Fish (any kind), tuna, tofu, eggs, beef or pork tenderloin.
Example of Complex Carbs: Brown Rice, Whole Grain Pasta, Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes, Wholemeal Bread, Wraps, Pita Bread.
Example of Healthy Fat: Nuts, Olive Oil, Seeds, Avocado, Omega-3 (from fish)
In order for this plan to be Effective, you are recommended to:
1) Prepare Your Food in Bulk lasting 2 -- 3 days to make it stress free.
2) These meals are interchangeable. So you can have your snack for breakfast, breakfast for lunch etc.
3) Only use and Prepare high quality food like chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, vegetables or fish. So no white bread, white rice, processed food and ready meals at all.
4) Adjust the portion size and calories according to the product you use. Mine might be slightly difference from yours. So read the food label carefully.
5) You must drink 3-4L of water every day.
6) You must eat every 3 -- 4 hours throughout the day in small portion.
7) Make it a habit to plan and pack your meals the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day; this will make your mornings easier, which will help to keep you on track.
8) Print your meal plan and stick in on your fridge as a daily reminder to stay on track.
9) Keep a food dairy of what you eat and how you feel, which contributes towards your weight lost progress.
10) Exercise 5--6 times a week between 45 -- 60 mins for maximum result.
