小知識：酒店Turndown Service 開床服務/開夜床🛏

最近多咗玩staycation，唔知你有無遇到5點6點左右會有housekeeping過嚟㩒你鐘問你需唔需要開床/turndown。如果住開五星嘅朋友應該唔會陌生，初次遇到的話應該會覺得幾得意，又有可能會覺得「打搞咗你」，解釋返少少呢項算5星幾Standard嘅服務。
Turndown service，按字面意思就係"turning down" the bed linen of the bed in the room, preparing the bed for use. 間間酒店做法唔同，大致上係5點至8點嚟到你房，服務包括：
1️⃣燈光及環境轉成夜間mode，拉上窗簾
2️⃣擺支水係你床頭，可能會放多2粒朱古力
3️⃣”Turing down”張被會在枕頭前反折一角，床尾裝飾巾取下，並放上in-room breakfast menu，床邊地上鋪上地角巾，放上拖鞋
4️⃣浴室補充下備品，換毛巾，浴缸前放張地角巾等
如果你唔想有housekeeping入你間房做開夜床，你大可以㩒著返個「請勿打擾」指示燈，咁你就唔洗擔心忙緊果陣被打擾。我自己就幾鐘意睇下酒店做完turndown係點樣，對我嚟講都係「酒店藝術」嘅一環嚟。

在夏威夷可愛島時，每晚飯店turndown service會在床上留幾塊Honolulu Cookie Company 馳名的鳳梨餅乾，當睡前小點心。不過我在Hawaii一塊都沒吃，全部給我帶回香港，果然很好吃，現有點後悔在檀香山時沒去它店裡買幾盒。日本人很愛這家的餅乾。Honolulu Cookie Company 由一對韓裔夫妻檔於1998年成立，志於製作充滿Aloha Spirit 的手工餅乾。我喜歡有白色巧克力coating 的餅乾！你會選那一塊？
