我說「要先問自己,你是哪一種累?身體還是大腦?」🧠🦵🏽
因為你有沒有發現過:平常沒有在注重健康跟運動的人很容易疲勞,而體力好的人,精神跟腦袋也充滿活力! 這不是巧事!😈

根據研究指出運動有助於血液循環,令有氧能力提高,提升大腦的功能和認知能力。而且運動對心理活動也是有許多影響,他可以適度改善憂鬱症(和精神不足的狀況!)😴 還有天天活動的人,大腦在推理與執行方面也會有更好的表現!🤠
