Sunset at Wan Chai
What woulf you do during a hot summer holiday ? Someone choose to sleep later and have a brunch, someone choose to go outside for hiking and watching the sunset. O have been to one of the best sunset spot and record a golden hour city view. The golden sunset with light inside the building among our city is one of my favourites shoot theme.

Pork Egg Benedict🐽($138HKD) 水煮流心蛋，炆手撕豬肉，肉桂，啡糖和烘底酸種麵包🍞 Oppa向侍應愚昧地問了一句：這道菜沒錯是鹹點吧?😂 但因為材料列明有肉桂，我不得不叫來試一下！果然，肉桂和啡糖的味道都挺突出的😍 豬肉亦炆得非常非常淋，而且我本來就很喜歡食pulled pork。出色的一道brunch item👍🏼
Went to @ninetyscoffee a year ago for dinner; hence, the random picture at the end. Visited again for lunch recently and am still happy with the food! But still very pricey😅
Pork Egg Benedict🐽($138HKD) Poached Eggs, Braised Pork Shoulder, Cinnamon, Cumin, Brown Sugar and Sourdough🍞 There is no such thing as a silly question, right? So I went ahead and asked the waiter whether this is a savory or sweet dish😂 Was a little mislead since the combination of cinnamon & brown sugar is usually associated with desserts. And yes, this turned out to be a delicious, savory brunch item🤤 The notes of cinnamon & brown sugar really shined through! And I’ve always been a fan of pulled pork😍

Weekend brunch is one of Hong Konger's favourite weekend pastimes, and I have the opportunity to try out Ham and Sherry's amazing brunch menu on a Sunday.
Ham and Sherry is a Spanish Tapas style restaurant located in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. It is easily distinguished by its blue and white tiles.
