At the 78th Venice International Film Festival, director Denis Villeneuve, and actors Israel Elejalde, Peter Sarsgaard and Quim Gutierrez all walked the red carpet in Dior men's evening looks by Kim Jones, as did actor Johnny Depp who chose a navy shawl collar tuxedo with classic white cotton shirt for the 47th Deauville American Film Festival screening of 'City of Lies'.
The 74th British Academy Film Awards featured several attendees in Dior men's looks by Kim Jones. Winning Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer for 'His House', Remi Weekes chose a 'Modern Tailoring' black notch lapel suit, white cotton shirt and black derbies with 'Dior Oblique' detail, while musician Atticus Ross, winning Best Original Score for 'Soul', sported a shawl collar tuxedo, white cotton shirt, black silk tie and patent leather derbies. Among the other nominees and presenters were Ladj Ly, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Sope Dirisu. Meanwhile, arriving at the Latin American Music Awards, singer Ricky Martin wore a white coat, multicolor 'Dior and Kenny Scharf' silk shirt, blue wool pants, 'Dior and Kenny Scharf' earring and 'Dior Explorer' boots, all Pre-Fall 2021.

Remember the Dickey ? A dickey (alternatively written as dickie or dicky; sometimes known in American English as a *tuxedo front* or *tux front*) is a type of false shirt-front - originally known as a detachable *bosom* - designed to be worn with a tuxedo or men's white tie, usually attached to the collar and then tucked into the waistcoat or cummerbund.
The dickey, traditionally worn by men, made the transition to women's wear around 1943. While women may have worn dickeys before this time, ads in Vogue New York can be seen promoting dickeys in the February 1943 issue. Dickeys were said to “enliven your new suit or rejuvenate your old”.
