6. Sleep on your back
Your sleeping position may have an effect on the formation of wrinkles. I used to sleep on my side or stomach, prone to mechanical compression forces, which can speed up the formation of wrinkles and distort facial skin. So I 'quit' sleeping in any positions to prevent wrinkles and sleep on your back instead.
Silk pillowcases may also be kinder to your skin than cotton, as they create less friction and help prevent abrasion of the skin, and my favourite skill pillowcase and bedsheet are from @nakedlab_hk
7. Relax your face
Repeated facial movements like squinting, frowning, or pursing of the lips can speed up the formation of wrinkles and deep wrinkles especially on the forehead. Be mindful of these facial movements, don't let the muscles memory form.
8. Exercise regularly
Exercise helps to detox and improve your skin elastin -the fibres that give your skin its elasticity and strength.

The takeaway
Wrinkles are an inevitable part of ageing, but there are steps you can take to slow their progress and prevent new ones from forming. Just sharing my experiences and what I know. I’m not perfect, enlarge my pic, I have pores and finelines but I practice preventive measures and it helps.
