新加坡有名的的 #炎记海鲜汤，吃过的人都说好！真的那么厉害吗？所以姐姐也来试试看啦～😋
点了海鲜汤 $8 和猪脚醋 $7，用北海道日本干贝熬煮的汤底味道很浓郁很鲜甜，鱼肉也很新鲜Q滑，三只新鲜大虾看了都开胃，还有大块的猪肉碎，就不知道为什么蛤蜊只有一个 😅

I’ve been meaning to find an alternative to the A.S. Seafood Soup at Depot Road (when they moved to Bedok, the standard dropped so much), and received many recommendations for Yan Ji Seafood Soup at Old Airport Road.
Finally tried it! Usually when I’m at this hawker centre, my usual would be Kway Chap from To-Ricos, but I decided to give this a go.
It’s rather similar in terms of ingredients and menu, but there was something to the texture of the meat and sweetness of the soup that I preferred at A.S. Seafood Soup. Since that’s no longer available, this will be the next best alternative, I guess!
The minced meat was flavourful, prawns were huge and quite fresh, soup was really tasty. Will definitely head back again for another bowl - probably as a side dish add-on to my Kway Chap main. 😂

Passed by Marsling estate, hence dropped by Yan Ji again to have their Seafood Soup for lunch but this time round we upgraded to Crayfish Seafood Soup ($14) Instead of the normal Seafood Soup ($6).

Ingredients such as LaLa, Sotong, Scallop, Minced Meat, Prawn, Fresh Fish, Tomato, Mushroom and Crayfish creates a flavourful soup broth which enhanced the savoury taste which blends well with the rice! A Portion perfect for 2!
